Hampton Coffee Company is hands-down one of the best coffee spots I’ve ever visited. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and full of that cozy, small-town charm. The staff is super friendly and clearly takes pride in what they do — they’re always smiling and happy to chat while making your drink just right. I tried their house blend and a seasonal cold brew, and both were absolutely delicious. Smooth, flavorful, and clearly made from fresh, high-quality beans. Their pastries and breakfast sandwiches are top-tier too — perfect for a quick bite or a relaxed morning. Whether you’re a local or just passing through the Hamptons, this is a must-stop destination. Plenty of seating, good vibes, and a great community feel. Hampton Coffee Co. truly delivers the full experience. Highly recommend for coffee lovers and anyone who appreciates top-notch service.

Came here for an after breakfast caffeine pick-me-up and was delightfully surprised! My significant other and I were gonna order the same thing (hers iced and mine hot) but the barista (can I call them that if it’s not Starbucks?) behind the counter gave us a suggestion to try something different for the hot. So I went with the hot Cinnamon Roll Latte and she got the iced shaken brown sugar latte, and the barista was absolutely on point with their recommendation. Both were delicious, but I still think mine was better! The place also has a really cool hippy vibe outside with a whole bunch of tables and chairs to sit at. Service was also pretty fast on top of being an overall pleasant experience. This little micro-chain definitely has won me over with their first impression.

Antiseptic coffee shop. Very little seating, and frustratingly they only serve coffee in to go cups. I’m not paying $10 for coffee and a baked good and drinking out of a paper cup! There should be an option to have your coffee served in a real ceramic mug if you’re having your coffee in-store.

Of all the coffee places in Montauk, this is probably the least charming. It looks and feels like a chain, and the atmosphere doesn’t really match the local vibe. They charge $1.10 extra for oat milk, which pushes a medium cappuccino to $7.40 (and you receive a half-empty cup) – outrageous, even for this part of Long Island.

The coffee itself was fine, but the staff seemed a bit unmotivated, which didn’t help the overall impression. With so many better options nearby, this one’s an easy pass for me. Two stars.

Good coffee and fast service. We were served a different muffin than ordered, but it was delicious so I wasn’t too upset.

Cute little coffee shop we decided to stop by because my sister in law had tried their coffee in the past from a previous shop of theirs. Outdoor it has the charm of a small town coffee place with small seating area. Inside shop is also small, cozy with adequate coffee selections and juices. We ordered a macchiato and a caffe late and both were delicious. My only complaint was the young lady on the register. Seems like she was annoyed to ring us up and didn’t have any patience as we were giving her our order. She rolled her eyes at us but we didn’t let that ruin our experience. Aside from the rude young lady, everything else was very nice even their bathroom was super clean.

Take what you can during Winter in Montauk. Coffee was above average. All food is pre prepared. Best during spring, summer and fall

I went into Hampton coffee to get an unsweet tea and sadly they didn’t have any regular unsweet tea. However, the women that were in this particular Hampton coffee, In Montauk, gave me samples of the tea choices. They had a peach flavored one and a blueberry hibiscus. I don’t usually like flavored teas but I settled for the peach one and it was pretty good. But I have to recommend that Hampton coffee start carrying unsweet tea just regular old black tea. It tastes better when it’s not infused with anything. But the employees were so nice and patient with me.

I stopped by this nifty coffee shop a couple times during my stay in Montauk. They have some pretty good coffees and lattes. The coffee shop is very clean, prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. Highly recommend!

A party of 6 (purchased coffee and pastries) denied of a cup of tap water. Apparently, they have to charge for it. For a small town this was surprising.. There is free tap water in every coffee shop I have been to.
Sad sad
