Went there recently after a long day and decided to grab a quick meal. The place was fairly clean and not overly crowded, which I appreciated. Ordering was simple and the staff were polite, not overly chatty but helpful enough. My food came out pretty quick and everything was warm and fresh. The burger was decent, nothing fancy but it tasted good and the fries were crispy, though a little salty for my liking. Portions were reasonable for the price, which feels important these days. Seating was comfortable and I didn’t feel rushed to leave. Overall, it’s a solid fast food spot when you want something quick and reliable without any big surprises.

Excellent choice for lunch. I’m always greeted with good attentive staff who do a great job to make my visit enjoyable. Food is spot on, fresh hot and delicious. Facility is always clean and welcoming.
I’ve visited many of the other Sonic locations in the Huntsville area, this is tops by far. Hats off to the entire crew for making it so.

Make sure you check your bag before leaving this location if you order in the drive thru. I ordered a coney and they got the toppings wrong. Luckily, I noticed the mistake before I got home and they were able to replace it. I had also ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with everything on it. When I got home and unwrapped my burger, it only had cheese, two patties, ketchup and mayo. No bacon, no lettuce, no tomato, no onions, no pickles. Check your bags thoroughly before leaving the drive thru window. The employees here always seem to be in a rush. It doesn’t matter if there’s a line of cars or just one car. I’d prefer to wait a few extra minutes and get the right order than be rushed out of the line with the wrong one. This isn’t the first time they’ve gotten something wrong on my order.

Even with a mistake that made me drive back this Sonic makes me want to come back. I pass 2 other Sonics from my house to this one because those 2 suck at customer service. This Sonic rarely makes mistakes but when a mistake happened and was later fixed I was actually in a good mood after dealing with missing food. I didn’t feel like it was my my fault for once. I didn’t have to wait an hour to get the missing food for once. I recommend this Sonic and will return.

Generally, I never have issues. Every now and then, I’m given the wrong side item. However, they’ll always fix it and are very polite.
The only slight issue I have is that 1/5 times the burger patties pretty much crumble.

We ordered 2 BLTs and our order didn’t have. Any bacon on them. We told yhem and the came out to get the sandwiches. We thought they would make it right. But they threw the sandwiches away snd wouldn’t replace them.

I’ve been to many Sonics across the country, and this one is the best by far. This is not the closest Sonic to our house (we pass others to get here), but we will continue to drive farther to go to this location. The others are awful.
The staff is super friendly, the location is very clean, and the food is hot and delicious. In addition to the typical Sonic outdoor seating, this location has good quality patio furniture including wicker ottomans and chairs. Each table also has a plant on it – the nice furniture and homey touch of plants just push this Sonic feel to the next level.
On our way out, we noticed the sign that said this location is voted as one of the top 12 locations in the US – nothing about that surprises me.
Review edited: we ordered a 5 piece chicken tender meal, got it home, and were disappointed by the 3 tiny tenders we got. They were not even tasty. Come on, you guys are better than this.

The service was really quick. Delicious slushies!! Had some difficulty communicating with some of the workers in the ordering system. The audio was kind of quiet and was difficult to understand. No problems with the order however and still speedy service!
