I came here over the year for spending my vitality voucher. Food is good. Internet is good. Colour of the shop is good. Ive never see people here. I’ll give 1 million dollar advice. Turn temperature up on winter and summer time. So cold here. Always I eat quick and run away to Nero. Always cold drift air across the shop.

Worst serving ever. I ordered chicken teriyaki. 70% of my food is green beans!!! It must be called Green beans teriyaki! Only few chicken strips! The indian server or cashier while im putting up my order in kiosk he is standing at my back like a creep! Like literally at my back! I ask him can i help you?, he said nothing. Never again. So dissapointed.

One thing I did note whilst enjoying meal with my family, that though it was quiet due to rainy weather, he kept himself occupied by ensuring customers were happy, and the restaurant was spotless.

The King prawn pokebowl was off and made me sick. Still feeling the effects two days later.
I was offered a replacement meal if I went back in with my receipt, but understandably have not.
I’ve reported this to environmental health and await their response. It’s a shame really, as other than that, it’s pretty much what you’d expect from a standard Itsu if you have been to other stores in the chain.
