Had a blast, last day of our 4 Day Road Trip decide to stop in for a quickie. Our bartender, Harmony?, was very nice looking and she attended to us properly. The burgers are great they are hand pressed and tasty. I’ll definitely come back up here from Olympia just to have that.

Great saloon. Fabulous margaritas and bloody Mary’s. Hamburger and fries were excellent. Easy to miss, so keep your eye peeled as you drive along the canal. Worth the stop and place to hang with locals.

I’ve passed by the place a 1000 times saying “one day”. Well today was the day. I like the cabin feeling and the bartender was very attentive. Fun signs and decorations. The regulars gave us a “once over” but still was glad we went in.

***Update – this has changed owners, service has improved, batter on fried mushrooms changed and they are still very, very good, but not quite as outstanding as before. They have great ranch and the burgers are really good. Service improved so 5 stars. The Monterrey chicken sandwich is great too. Crowd is usually a lot of regulars.
The fried mushrooms are the BEST that I have ever had and I will now only be getting them at Eagle Creek Saloon. I have been craving them for days since. The cheeseburger, fish & chips, and shrimp baskets were all very, very good as well.
While the food was 5-star and the service was quick the server herself was not very pleasant. When asked about the fish she said, “I wouldn’t know since I hate fish and seafood- it’s all disgusting to me.” No worries- It was really good. Excellent batter too. The server was not mean….just clueless as to how that comes across. Guessing she had a rough night before we got there. Will go back for the food and we are giving our server the benefit of the doubt…would be 5 stars all the way if she was more pleasant.

Went in for lunch. Have been here before and it was pretty good. Today…not so much. Three tables in there and yet, food took forever to arrive. All we ordered was 2 burgers and salads. Shouldn’t have been that tough. Guess they needed that extra time to over cook those burgers. Disappointing. Best part of the meal was was the nice, fresh salads but they lacked croutons for crunch. And Ranch dressing was so thick it tasted like almost pure mayo. Not too sure we’ll go again.

Great hamburgers , the people there are friendly and so very nice. Had a wounderful meal. The only thing I will warn you about is they have the strongest coffee I have ever had. I mean freshly brewed but wow strong. I drink dark roast coffee and like it black but this was way to strong for me. Try a sip before you buy. Couldn’t even make it drinkable adding extra water. That said. I am going back because of the people working there and the GREAT FOOD.

Burger was great and beer cold. Fabulous after a hike in the Olympics. I had heard that the fries were hand-cut and they are not. Freezer fries that had too much seasoned salt on them. We would go again but not get fries as we were looking forward to hand-cut.
