What really caught my attention here was that they have a beautiful little donation board next to the register that simply says, “For Someone Who Needs This Today” and I saw that people (other customers) have prepaid potential coffee orders for people like “meals on wheels driver”, new parents, a nurse, etc. Today, I don’t know what it was but I really needed to see this “kindness” put out there for someone else. It really moved me and I put my own donation up. Thank you for doing something so small that really hits big. You just made me a dedicated repeat customer.

This is a nice addition to the area. I’ve looked for my old photos from when they opened, they had a great picture of the founders in the area and the origins of Endicott and Johnson City. Not being from the area, it was interesting to read. They always have a special coffee of the day but you can customize a beverage however you like and they’ll make it for you. Even if you see a past coffee of the day posted online, you can still request it and they’ll make it for you.
Many of the coffee options are sweet and focus on flavored syrups and foams, raspberry foam is mentioned often. However, you can choose anything you like, lattes, cappuccino, plain black coffee. They have a great selection and wonderful staff that are informative and friendly. They also carry some products from locals in here, earrings from one of the local makers. They accept card and cash and they have a digital loyalty program through Toast app and you can earn rewards. They also have a special for teachers on Tuesdays.

It was my first trip to Paula’s coffee shop. I heard about this from a friend of mom.
The atmosphere was nice, they played music. I haven’t heard since I was young. I really liked the old pictures upon the wall, definitely a nice added touch.
I ordered a rainbow bagel with garden vegetable cream cheese.
I also had a loaded bagel called the French toast: with maple syrup, whipped cream, and cinnamon powder. It had a wonderful taste. It’s something I would definitely order again.
Perfectly toasted bagel with the right amount of toppings.
They have other flavors of loaded toast/bagel, which sound good as well.
My coffee choice was Sumatra.
Next time, I will try a house blend.
Also ordered the spinach, egg, and bacon bites. Which were delicious. A creamy texture, you can taste the bacon and spinach.
And a cinnamon muffin, served warm. You can definitely taste the cinnamon.
So if your in the mood for some good coffee and food, definitely give them a try

Place is really cute. The menu is written on the back wall in chalk, which I love. I got the salted caramel cold brew. It came with cold foam and also got a cheese danish. Both items were really good. There are a couple big tables and a small table. Definitely will be going back.

I LOVE PAULA’S. I don’t get over here often because I live and work in Binghamton, and I wish there was a location over my way, because it’s truly the best. The atmosphere, the quality of the food and drinks, and the service is top knotch. They have a Drink of the Day every single day, so there’s always something new to try. And a note – you can order any of their past Drink of the Day options! Their loaded toast options are also so yummy! Give it a try if you’re in the area.

The coffee was great, and the different toasts were delicious. I got the ricotta, pesto and prosciutto toast, as well as the I love you berry much. Only complaint is that the food menu is kind of limited, but it’s definitely worth checking out anyway.

Awful service. So rude and cold. Food is from Sam’s Club and was so dry, NOT fresh and the coffee was so bitter and almost tasted stale. Heard so many had things about the owner and paying them. Won’t be back. Sad because it could’ve nice but they cheap out.

Staff is always nice ! Coffee is always great ! Love that they do a different flavor everyday and you can get last flavors they’ve done ! I asked for them to add “birthday magic” to my mobile order as I was having a terrible morning and they upgraded my small to a large and added sprinkles and hearts to my order. A small gesture with a large impact !

Paula’s is amazing. The coffee is phenomenal as well as the service. I love that I can order online and it’s ready for me when I get there, and even when I stop in it’s fast efficient service.The best part though is that it’s locally owned. They also do pup cups, which is a bonus for my doggies.
