I called to ask if they he had delivery, and she rudely said no, just Carry out and hung up on me. Come to find out you do have delivery on DoorDash. It was incompetent on your part as you should know what your place offers and then to be rude about it and hang up as I say thank you to have the phone slammed in my face. Well, I ordered DoorDash and it was more sauce than cheese on the pizza. It was disappointing. Normally, the pizza comes out really good. Disappointing experience overall this time.

Have been going here for years and usually enjoy their pizza. However, the past few times has been questionable. The biggest reason is the lack of sauce they put on the pizza. They’ve never been big on sauce but recently it’s been almost laughable. Theres almost NO sauce on the pizzas that we ordered today. Willing to give Jacks another shot but man, this is basically just cheesy bread pies.
