I’m an out of town we, I order the same drink at Starbucks every single day.
The lady taking the order argued with me about my drink being something that is wasn’t. I politely corrected her and when I got my drink instead of my normal tasty beverage, I received a plain cup of coffee after tipping her cash at the window. I called management and they said there was nothing they could do.

In Cathedral City this specific location is a little off because of where it is ( weird people here & there )
The employees get the job done but wouldn’t necessarily say they’re comparable to other locations where there is warm welcome feeling.
Drinks as you can see in the pictures are made well & perfectly no complaints, service is not fast but it is steady, & most importantly made to perfection.
I’ve learned that most of the time employees are tired of dealing with the weird people so overall they’re experience is simply overwhelming after a while (8 hr shifts of complicated,picky & cheap)
So I’m being highly empathetic on this one , Cathedral City has grown to be a difficult location to have a business in overall.
I recommend the drive thru & avoid a few things on a daily basis, it’s a steady flow, you’ll be in & out in 8-11 minutes.

Ive been coming here on rare occasions but I recently had a great experience at the Drive thru. There was a misunderstanding with my order through the microphone but the staff were able to find a solution to make my day better. I also tried the bacon & egg bites for the first time and they were amazing!

I had a really disappointing experience at this Starbucks. The staff were dismissive from the moment I walked in and kept giving me the runaround instead of just helping me with my order. Three different baristas told me three different things about my order, and no one seemed to be on the same page. When they made my drink, they used the wrong milk — even though I clearly told them I’m allergic. What made it worse is that they did it right in front of me and didn’t seem to care when I pointed it out. I usually enjoy Starbucks, but this location really needs to work on communication, customer service, and paying attention to dietary needs.

Every single time we come to this Starbucks within the last 3 months it has been absolutely horrible of an experience. We always Mobile Order and it seems as if it takes longer doing that than at the actual window. They ask you the exact amount of items you have, then ask specifically what you ordered (I’m assuming they do this to but themselves time) and then when you get up to the window nothing is ready. Im tired of wasting my time and reiterating everything on the order they have all the details for. This is the only location with this problem.

I went out of my way to voice congrats on the vibe settings via Isabella.
There’s parking around and multitude of fast food restaurants. Yet, once you smell the coffee you know you’re coming in!

Our drink orders got lost in the system? By the time we got our drinks our sandwiches were cold and soggy. Maybe they are training new people.
