Dar’s Pizza in Pipestone, Minnesota is a big favorite for my family! They have terrific tasting pizza and a restaurant filled with nostalgia. When in Pipestone we always plan our visit around the hours they are open – 4:00pm – 10:00pm. ❤️

My boyfriend and I are staying with his mom over Thanksgiving and we had a hankering for some pizza! This place was suggested by his mom so we ordered delivery. They delivered in a timely manner and the pizza was AMAZING. We got a medium pepperoni and a medium taco pizza. Both were hot, fresh and super cheesy. Also, the medium pizza was very big so between the 3 of us, we could have done with 1 medium. We will definitely order from here again the next time we’re in town.

Hugely busy Sunday night. Walked in to order a pizza. They were so packed, (only place open on Sunday!) it took an hour to get it. But the staff made it bearable. I got a water while waiting and at least 3 servers asked if I needed a refill. When I finally got home, the House Special was delicious. The crust is thin and there were lots of vegetables. They also have draft beer. I only wish they offered typical pizza joint subs. Doesn’t matter, I’ll be back.

You can always tell the family run businesses, the environment, the atmosphere is just way better. The House Special pizza if definitely a favorite, but have tried and enjoyed each kind. I’ll update with pictures next time. Lots of seating and parking. Game room!!!

Dars is famous for their pizza. The cheese is excellent! We ordered Canadian bacon & sausage and a pepperoni & bacon with a pitcher of root beer. Arcade and pool table for fun times. Nice place for a big group or date night.

We ordered and they told us it would be an hour I went there 45 minutes into it and when I got there told me you’d be another half hour and there was absolutely no one in the store getting gas or anything. Two people work in the counter at least one or two in the back. Seems like a long time to wait for a gas station pizza I wouldn’t wait that long at a Pizza Hut or a Domino’s or anything like that. If you have a pizza oven takes you like 3 minutes to put the ingredients on and another five to cook. I know it’s a small town but I’ve done pizzas at a lot of Casey’s and never had slow service like this
