Ordered a BUFFALO Chicken pizza through Door Dash. The pizza arrived with no BUFFALO sauce. Also paid extra for bacon which they chose not to put on my pizza either.

Some picture perfect pies! Have been enjoying all of the Uncle Al’s locations for years and each location holds up to the same quality standard in my opinion. Pictured from left to right is The Godfather white sauce pizza, a pepperoni w/ extra cheese, a banana split cheesecake pizza, and a caramel cheesecake pizza. Yum!

The pizza looked good in appearance lots of toppings but the cheese wasn’t fully melted, we could still see the tiny cubes of unmelted cheese and the dough was not fully cooked it was soggy, stretchy and we couldn’t hold a slice without it all falling apart. The wings were very over cooked and flavorless. We gave this place a try after hearing good things about it. It’s good to give everything a try atleast once, this was just our experience.

As first time orderers, we decided to order a variety of things to sample and ended up enjoying everything. We loved the cinnamon caramel cheesecake pizza and the cheesy bread! The regular pizza has great crust and we enjoyed the type of cheese used. The East Side calzone was also good! The employee at the counter gave my son a sucker, which was very nice.

Just moved around the area. I wanted to make sure I had it a couple times before I review it. I can comfortably say it’s one of the best. The pizzas here are amazing. Dessert pizzas are extraordinary and the cheesy bread too. So glad I am their neighbor!

Was excited to see Uncle Al’s was close by since I went there for years back when they were in Olmsted Township. The food was just edible at best now. The wings were chicken tenders with a side of salty wing sauce (inedible), the pizza was very sub par, and the salad-well they didn’t include the dressing or the croutons-so it was what it was-a salad. Very sad. I don’t know who they are catering to now but no longer to our family unfortunately. They don’t even have the jalapeño poppers anymore so it must be a new owner. 🙁 The delivery was great but wasn’t through them. Whoever is giving good reviews needs to go to a new place. They would see a big difference!

Food was really good! BLT fold over was just how I remembered it. I grew up on the Uncle Al’s that was on Chestnut, and this one on Cleveland Street is doing good. We will be back!

Ordered last year and the pizza was raw. Tried to contact the owner about it and he was less then Helpful. Waited 9 + months and ordered 2 more times and was more then disappointed with the quality of the pizza along with extreme stomach ache afterwards. There are better options in Elyria for pizza.

The pizza was amazing. Got a pepperoni and Ultimate BLT. Staff was tired but they still had my order hot and ready and were very friendly.
