Look at this. I hadn’t eaten at a Jimmy Johns in about 10 years (used to like them all right), but this is a disgrace. The subs got more narrow and (even worse) there is almost no meat and cheese. Not putting hardly any meat on my sub is like not putting any respect on my name. What is messed up is if I paid way less than the asking price and took my sub, they’d call the cops and get satisfaction, but this is criminal and they can get away with it. I will complain to the company, and we should all raise hell about this kind of stuff (I’d have gone back in there if I was still nearby when I opened the sub). This is what they think of us. Guy behind the counter was rude too.
Here is what the company had to say when I contacted them. Seriously, don’t support this business:
“Our meats and provolone cheese are sliced in store fresh, and we make sure to only use perfect portions, to make the sandwich of sandwiches!
Each sandwich follows an exact recipe that have been perfected over time to give our sandwiches the perfect balance of meats, veggies and bread. The recipe is based off a weighed-out portion amount of meat, and not slices.”

have always loved this jimmy john’s but the managing is not great….went in on a friday and got the beach club and a #11 with jimmy peppers…beach club did NOT come with avocado (why people get it) and i did not get the jimmy peppers. we ended up not even eating the sandwhich and i called the store back explaining both my sandwiches were wrong, they said to come in and they’d remake it for me, even wrote a note and everything. i came in that saturday and one of the manger’s told me he can only make one original sandwhich because that’s what’s on my rewards……so you’re going to use my rewards that’s i’ve gathered up for ONE free sandwhich when u messed up both of them. wouldn’t have been a big deal if one sandwhich was wrong. this order was also $20 and no refund was available either.

I have never been to Jimmy John’s, let me tell u, that I will never go back to subway, Jimmy took that missile and blew subway out of the water!! I got a lettuce wrapped shredded chicken sub, my hubby got a Vito. Holy cow, the flavors were amazing!!!!….10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!!!!

First time I’ve ever gotten a sub here (or anything else) and most definitely my last. The least meat I have ever seen on a sub considering the price! I got the roast beef- Big John i think, #2. Grand total of 4 half slices of roast beef on the whole thing! I took the meat and cheese from one half put it together with the meat cheese on the other half and still only tasted the bread. Sad. I got the ultimate Italian for my son. I can’t wait to see how dressed down it is.
Definitely not worth the money or the time to go get. Suprise! The Ultimate Italian had lots of meat on it! Im shocked.

Music was way too loud! My Sandwich was so naked had to ask for some lettuce and onion to be able to taste it. And the employees act as if we were a bother. I haven’t ate here in a long while..it will be another long while.

To the owner of this Jimmy John’s, I stopped at your restaurant to get a bite to eat and I have never before seen such an impeccably clean bathroom of any fast food restaurant. I strongly believe that the condition of any fast food restaurant’s bathroom will tell you everything you need to know about the quality of the food and the quality of the service before you place your order. Needless to say, that belief definitely held firm here.
Your 2 employees, Brody and Mike not only had the men’s bathroom looking like it could pass a marine inspection, but the quality of food and the service they provided were outstanding. Plus they had a lot of nice things to say about how you treat your employees, which definitely makes me feel very comfortable in writing such rave review for you and your restaurant.
