Want a little chicken with your oil? Then this is the place for you! Got some boneless wings. I guess with a side of oil? Half an inch of oil in every flavor. Yuck! On top of that, the sauce and dry rub was dumped in a pile on the top of the wings. Won’t be eating here again.

I try not to leave negative reviews but this place needs to get it together. 28 minute wait for our food. No line. Bun on my chicken sandwich was so stale it was crunchy. Flick it with your fingernail and dry dusty crumbs fall off. Just say you’re out of buns and I’ll order something else. The chicken breast itself was very thin and overcooked chicken jerky. The fries were hot but were WAAY overcooked to the point of many of them being dark brown crunchy burned sticks. Three tables were occupied and every other table had trash and mess left on it. We shoved the garbage over to one side and wiped our own table down to eat. Huge disappointment. Boneless wings were edible so I’ll add a star for that but everything else was a nightmare. Oh, half the soda flavors were out also. Bonus.

I got the Carolina gold BBQ and garlic parmesan on traditional wings. I enjoyed the BBQ, but would pass on the garlic parm unless it’s your go-to flavor. Chicken was great and the fries have a uniquely sweet taste which I enjoyed. The tenders are fine, but definitely not as good as the wings.
The service was friendly and helpful, and the location was clean and maintained. The only negative was it took a hot minute to get our food (30 min), but they explained there was a problem in the kitchen, and threw some desserts in to make up for the issue (the triple chocolate chip brownie was worth the wait). Overall it was a solid experience, and I’d eat here again.

Warning: CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING. I had a pretty frustrating experience. I ordered through the app and got 50 wings for a party we were having. I had never been to Wingstop but I was told from multiple people that they are top notch. I ordered and picked it up and then drove home. I was disappointed to find out that of the 4 flavors I ordered only one had anything on them. So I had 36 wings missing any sort of flavors. I tried calling and I guess the phone number just directs people to order wings online because no one picked up the multiple times I called. I drove back and showed them the flavorless wings and they told me my wings had the dry rub flavors on them and that I should just order something with sauce instead. I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to remake my order with new flavors because they said the dry rubs just don’t have a lot of flavor. I was offered a drink while I waited. So instead of getting awesome wings for a party I got a frustrating time that took 2 hours of driving back to the store and waiting instead of being quick, fast, and easy. If you want wings don’t come here. I added the photos of my wings without dry rub and a picture of what the wings are supposed to look like from the take out menu.

I order the Atomic, Parmesan, and Lemon Pepper, I really enjoyed the Atomic cause it was BURNING, they weren’t kidding about how spicy it would be. The Parmesan was not good at all, it tasted like they mixed aged cheese with chicken but forgot the chicken. The Lemon pepper was also a good one but it was a bit to salty.
Overall the wings are fantastic, maybe a bit dry and the restaurant is very VERY small

The best thing about this place was the Dr. Pepper. The wait was 40 minutes which she didn’t ask if it was “okay” until I swiped my card. Was super excited for wings and they were terrible. Terrible flavors. Also, who puts sugar on fries? Super bummed with the experience overall. Found a big hair on my lemon pepper wings. Nasty original buffalo flavor. So surprised people love this place. $40 down the drain.

I got lemon pepper dry rub and it was like it was a sauce and not dry. I have never seen it like that and it smelled horrible. The taste was different and one of my wings was raw and it made me sick. My ranch was filled half way and I love the ranch so it was very disappointing. I might try this store again but not likely. If you are in utah go to the Sandy store.

What a pleasant surprise, the Custumer Service was Excellent. The short stocky kid with black hair is rare in today’s life. The place was clean, bathrooms clean, and the food was good. Thanks guys!

This place has some time before they are considered a good restaurant.
First, they are prioritizing to-go orders over dine-in orders. I ordered mine ahead of time and then picked them up and ate inside, but my friend ordered at the counter and waited 50 minutes, that’s just not acceptable.
I ordered a bone-in wing combo with fries that had the parmesan seasoning. The flavors I ordered for the wings were Original Hot and Hickory Smoked BBQ. The flavor was fine, but the food was luke warm. I arrived just a couple of minutes before they called my food out, so it should have been nice and hot. Also, the wings should have had more snap, but the skin was very soft, almost like they needed to cook the wings a little longer. The fries were also under cooked.
As of right now, I’d wait for a while until they have everything figured out.
