My husband placed an online order, when he went to pick it up…he still had to wait for our order, which was alright, BUT our food was cold and half the order is missing. Our soft tacos barley any meat OR cheese. It was basically all tortilla. I’m very disappointed and won’t be spending another dime at this taco bell.

Better than any other location I’ve been to around cincinnati. Ive been through the drive through 3 times in the last month and it was immediate order and less than 1 minutes wait on my food which was hot and actually made correctly

Stopped in Saturday December 2nd 2023. I was starving after going to help my mom. I ordered a chilli cheese burrito with sour cream. 4$ I received a half filled burrito with no sour cream. And it was barley warm. Your lucky I live 40 minutes away from there, that’s all I have to say. No one was even in the place. I was the only order. Done…will never eat taco bell again. This is consistently the case with most in my area. Update!!!! Look at the picture. 7$ for 2 of that

First truly bad experience at any Taco Bell ever. Started out with a girl with a hog ring in her nose. Came in for taco Tuesday and apparently it ended last night. No big deal, but the sign was up all week. Went to order and she walks around the counter to the kiosk and starts to put an order in I said what do I want to do that for? I ordered the steak grilled cheese burrito and got this ball of… well whatever this is. Some of my order was missing, I was the only car in line. When the guy handed my drink out the window I tried to smile and say something but before I even could get a “hi” out the window was shut. Normally I don’t comment on “rudeness” of people, but after getting served this, I just feel like it might need to be said.
This is my second or third time coming here where multiple items are missing but never had anything served to me like this… I won’t be coming back.
