I LOVE THEIR NEW LOCATION. Sad they are going back to the old location even though its closer to home. The vibe in the hotel is just nicer. That being said I love this place for their food not the vibe. So here or there we will follow. The crispy dumplings and the spicy pork goza are THE BEST! I also love the ramen. The spicy pork is VERY SPICY so if you like it spicy go for it. My personal favorite is the tan tan. I love the ground pork. Sushi is good. Rolls pretty thick and large. Not my favorite but last night we had a seared peppered salmon that was AMAZING. The service is ALWAYS friendly. On weekends check in on Yelp before you go especially once they move back. The wait in the parking lot vs hotel lobby will be missed.

A nice setting in a hotel complex. The interior decor very charming with comfortable light levels for dinersh. Pricewise, on the expensive side. Food presentation is great. The food itself needs to be brought up several tiers or levels. For a Japanese restaurant, the sushi rice was wet, lacked flavor and rolled so loosely, it easily fell apart. The sauces looked good, having the right consistency but lacked flavor or strength in flavor. My ramen dish looked ok but the chicken meat and broth were bland. I usually relish drinking up the soup broth but not this time. I left the broth in the bowl. As for customers we saw that Saturday night it was primarily a younger crowd and the two of us were the only Asian faces. Hopefully they will have upped their cooking performance should you go there.

If you are vegan and looking for a good selection of Vegan Ramen or Sushi, look no further. Previously Sakura used to be Huntington Ramen, now they have moved to a new location, Hotel Fullerton. The new restaurant is spacious, with very nice ambience. The ramen selections are fantastic and tastes great. Definitely a five star move.

A bit of a wait for a busy night but the Ramen was fantastic. As with most places, they’re understaffed so don’t knock them for that. The service was still fast and friendly.
