I haven’t been to Chipotle in a long long time. I went through the drive thru to pick up my order today and everything was there in the bag, even the side salsas. They packed the two burritos bowls so full, the bag was super heavy – I couldn’t believe it! I did order extras on a lot of items but still, I was shocked. It was around 3PM when I picked up my order.
I almost didn’t go to this location because of all the one star reviews recently but glad I took the chance, I had a great experience in the past here so I am glad I went.
As a comment for the Chipotle chain in general – I wish the beans and guacamole at Chipotle did not contain spicy ingredients. I am very sensitive to spicy foods so I wish they wouldn’t add jalapeños to the guacamole or spicy chipotle seasoning to the beans. I make my own at home sometimes and they’re just as good if not better than chipotle’s and they contain no spicy stuff. I know this part of my review is probably pointless to even mention but it’s one of the reasons I don’t visit Chipotle usually. Their food is great though. I just don’t see the point of adding the spicy stuff since people can just add hot salsa etc to their meals.

This was my 3rd visit here since I’ve moved to Greensboro the first two time I brushed off the experience to fill my belly. However this Chipotle location is nasty as hell. The lettuce is wet to the point it will water down the bowl. There is little to no seasoning on the food compared to locations in other cities and states. If this is your local chipotle and you think they have terrible food I would recommend driving outside the city to experience why people are obsessed all around the world with Chipotle. However you will not experience that at this location. I’m a foodie and I can tell when a restaurant is taking short cuts to cut cost however it’s not wise especially when you could potentially lose new or existing customers.

The manager (a black lady who was wearing a mask) opened the doors in frustration. She did not greet anyone with a smile or any acknowledgement! I was shocked at her disrespectful attitude. When she opened the doors, she was unprepared and unpleasant. The food was delicious but I will definitely be ordering togo only.. I plan on reccommending the same to everyone I know!

After contacting customer service multiple times about the horrible service at this restaurant, and letting things go multiple times, we are adding this restaurant to our “never again” list. The employees are incredibly rude and will just stare at you or not even acknowledge that you are standing at the counter. Not to mention the number of times they have messed up our orders and nothing was done by customer service. Today was the final straw when we showed up after they were supposed to be open to find the doors locked. An annoyed looking employee came to open the doors for us. We were still going to eat here but after standing at the counter for several minutes with absolutely no acknowledgment, we left and will not return.

I just watched a worker serve the gentleman in-front of me food then go to the register and take his CASH and touched it with his gloves. Then come back to serve us food with same gloves. Touched my kiddos burrito wrap with same gloves so we walked out. Absolutely nasty safe serve certificate went out the window today

Placed a $65 order after 9pm. The chips were so stale, they probably should have been thrown out yesterday. I’ve never bitten into a chip so stale that it wouldn’t break. I know it’s late but you weren’t busy and don’t close until 11, if people pay for chips, make some fresh. This was my first time at this location. Probably my last.

I wouldn’t even give the service a 1 star after how my boyfriend and I was treated today at 10:45 AM September 9th, 2025. This is a new chipotle and I was expecting much better. The food was decent but the middle aged black guy with dreads who fixed our order had the worst attitude. As soon as we walked in, his eyes rolled like it was a bother to have customers. We had questions about the menu and in the middle of asking a question about an item on the menu, he walks off to finish stock. Comes back and starts our orders. You could tell he dreaded his job and we were a bother to him. He slaps our food in the bowls and slings it down to the guy at the register. After we pay and we sit down to eat, he’s in the back talking and laughing with his coworkers as if it was just hilarious the way he treated my boyfriend and I. This needs to be reported and I have made a call to corporate already. This is NOT how you treat your customers. This is a new location as well. I do not recommend unless you want to be treated as a complete joke and not a human. Other employees were friendly and the food was good. The service has turned me away from ever coming back to this location. After spending over $20 dollars and I have worked in the service industry… this man needs to be fired. This a problem that will continue if consequences aren’t taken in hand. Completely uncalled for and people that act this way need to know that is NOT acceptable.

Food was fine, but the ice had chunks of black mold in it. I showed and told the employees and they gave me a cup of ice from behind the counter. However, they continued to give other customers cups to use the same moldy ice machine.
