The employees at this location were fabulous. Upon entry of the building I told her I was craving a Steak and Cheese sub, she asked if I wanted it plain which is an insult to my taste buds. Other than that everything was amazing. The taste of the sub exceeded my expectations by far. I’m on a diet and I had been craving a Steak and cheese for weeks now. As the next self proclaimed “Dave Portnoy” of sub reviews i give this sub a 9.8. The only sub in the world better is a Steak and cheese de Snacks from Subway. Those hit different. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone. But I’ll keep it to myself so I can eat all their inventory.

I was on Cape Cod craving a veggie pocket yesterday and naturally decided to drop into Papa Gino’s. Not only were the staff friendly and welcoming, but the sandwich was served up fresh and piping hot in record breaking time. It was absolutely delicious. Thank you, AJ, for preparing such a delicious lunch for me, and also thank you to everyone else at Papa Gino’s. Great food at a fantastic price.

I placed an order online for delivery and when I got the confirmation Email I saw I had put in the wrong address, I called to correct my mistake and was treated with such respect from a warm, kind hearted young lady Elaina, she patiently fixed it and made me feel like I was a very special customer. For sure the best pizza place on the Cape. The employees are super friendly, especially Alaina. I’ve been going to Papa Gino’s for some time now, and I’ve been consistently impressed with the quality of service she provides. Every time I visit, she treats me like a first time guest. She’s very attentive, and genuinely welcoming. That, to me, is the true definition of exceptional customer service and not to mention the food they provide! If you want good food and good customer service papa Gino’s is the place to go!

We had rewards dollars that were expiring, so we asked our daughter (age 9) if she wanted Papa Gino’s for dinner…the answer is always YES! She loves their cheese pizza and breadsticks with cheese. I had a meatball sub and my husband had a burger. All the food was good. I picked up our order and my interaction with Alaina was great. She was friendly and knowledgeable…I learned the pita pockets at Papa Gino’s are made fresh daily. I’ll definitely try a sub in a pocket soon. We ate dinner at home, so atmosphere gets a 5. 🙂 This location is old; I know that because I grew up in Yarmouth and my parents always got our pizzas at Papa Gino’s, so it’s very nostalgic for me.

I don’t usually write reviews, but we just had an exceptional experience, and I felt compelled to share. I came in with my three children and elderly mother this afternoon. Needless to say, we are quite a sight, so I tend to feel pretty self-conscious during these outings. Steve made us feel welcomed and created an experience that was actually enjoyable instead of stressful. He was incredibly patient and personally brought us our order, seeing that I had my hands full. We ate every bite, and we will definitely be back next Saturday.

Always a “MUST” stop when I come home for a visit. The size of the slices you get with the lunch special is so filling, but in THE BEST way! The crust is not too thick, nor too thin. Sauce has a sweetness to it that so good!

The food has never been bad but they forgot the $5 bottle of ginger ale for my child that has the flu. Last time they forgot the disgustingly over priced pint of Ben and Jerry’s ice cream. They offer to refund the price of the item or you can come pick it up at the store…… HELLO if I wanted to come out for soda when the child has the flu I wouldn’t went to stop and shop and bought the whole dinner and made it myself. I was paying for the convenience of not having to go out and get it. I will not be ordering delivery from here for them to mess it up for a 3rd time. Thanks a lot Pops….
