I’m so happy to give this experience five stars! The restaurant was clean, and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Kayla was friendly and attentive as soon as I walked up to the counter, and she made sure my order was correct. Sam was just as great—also very friendly and went above and beyond by telling me about a special incentive.
Customer service at other Cold Stone Creamery locations has been missing the mark, so I’m really glad that wasn’t the case during my visit on 7/30/2025. My receipt shows 6:33 PM, check #45. Excellent experience all around!

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I experienced today. I had a custom cake scheduled for pickup at 8 PM tonight for my daughter. Earlier in the day, I called to confirm the order and was told someone would call me back after speaking with a manager. No one ever did.
After waiting, I called back myself and was told they didn’t have the ingredients to make the cake and had already refunded my money. I received no phone call, email, or text letting me know my order had been cancelled — I only found out because I followed up.
I was told they didn’t reach out because they “can’t see the app,” even though I placed my order online. If the store was able to cancel and refund the order, they absolutely should have been able to notify the customer. Lack of communication for a same-day pickup is unacceptable.
The only solution offered was that I could come get a premade cake, which is not an appropriate substitute when a custom cake was ordered in advance for a special occasion.
Very disappointing experience and poor communication.

Very sloppy. The black young lady did not mix my ice cream. All she did was but this huge dollop of cookie dough on the top. Every unprofessional and her attitude was horrible. Terrible experience all together

Well sense the store here doesn’t accept 50 dollar buI looked like an asshole in front of my kids on veterans day as soldier and a father. I had been gone for six months this was the first holiday I have had with my families. My family had been coming to.this Coldstone for years. That has ended. If you are a veteran or military I hope you join me in boycotting this Coldstone. Soldiers and veterans deserve more respect then establishment gives us.

I was greeted upon entering the store, but had to wait a minute or two for the two teenagers to stop talking. Granted… they were in the middle of replacing two flavors, but they should have said to give them a minute or something (1st red flag). They were just having a conversation over the ice cream. I couldn’t help but to think how they gotta be spitting over the ice cream (I prayed that wasn’t the case because I REALLY wanted some ice cream). Long story, short…. I ordered the banana pudding ice cream. I was not satisfied because (after the young lady finished her conversation and decided to ask me what I wanted) the young lady would not follow instructions. I told her to put more cookies- she would pick up more and drop a couple (did that twice). She put too much whip cream…. anyway- she didn’t do a good job. I threw it away. I didn’t get her name. Was not a good visit. However, I must say that I’ve had this flavor on a different day and the customer service was excellent and my ice cream was perfect.
The picture I attached proves that she didn’t put the amount of cookies I needed. I wanted cookies poking through and hanging out! Lol
I’ll go back for a third visit. Sorry for the long post.

Entering the establishmwnt for a quick sweet dessert, there was a young staff member attending to cleaning areas which lead me to notice all around the sparkling areas of store. She immediately appeared to assist my order. I asked for suggestion and was delighted to know of the tasty ideas. Going with cake batter, we added cake pieces and strawberry drizzle. Fantastic. Exactly the way I want to feel when I leave the store. The ice cream was delicious silk chocolate almond milk will be our next try!

Allen (with the name tag on the side of his hat ) is really rude which really sucks. I asked to try one flavor of ice cream and he asked if I was ready to order while handing me the sample spoon . I just wanted a good ice cream minus the sassy attitude and rushing from Allen. The 3 stars is the ice cream he didn’t mix properly – It was still good lol

I’ve been to several Coldstone locations and this is the first one I have seen with a dairy-free ice cream flavor. My favorite ice cream is chocolate devotion, and although I know it’s not completely dairy-free, I was happy to have the chocolate ice cream itself without dairy.
The staff member that helped us was friendly and accommodating when I requested the replacement. The store was busy, so I expected the service to be a little slower, but it seemed like there were a couple extra bodies standing around idly. We were a party of two people, but because each worker was taking on a new order, the cashier counter was crammed with people waiting to pay.
I think a simple way to make the experience better is to have someone helping with bigger or longer orders to move customers through the line quicker, or for a cashier to cash out customers and then have them step to the side while their order is finished.
