The store isn’t bad. I order from here more than I would like to admit, so, overall, the food isn’t bad. The problems: If you hate garlic, be aware that even if you order with no garlic crust, after an hour or so wait for your food, it may or may not have garlic crust.
Which leads into problem number two, which is staffing. If you think you are going to be hungry and might order pizza, order about an hour before you would like to eat, because your wait will be between 30 minutes and an hour, leaning more so towards the hour. I’ve waited much longer than that and then driven to the store to find out what was going on.
Staffing is a big issue. And I’m unsure how this store has stayed afloat, frankly, given the dissatisfaction. Which is unfortunate, because we’re a rural area with few places to satisfy cravings when you’re hungry and don’t cook. On the other hand, the number of free pizzas I’ve received due to insanely long delivery times is wild.

Hung up the phone when you tried to call to tell themto let them know they didn’t deliver your food to the right address it’s 10:30 they close at 12:00 they wouldn’t have enough time to bring my order. Me nowadays we got Google maps It ain’t hard to find an address in the town less than 5,000 people

Ordered pizza for delivery at 6:11pm it sat in quality control at 7:11pm to 8pm when we finally went to pick it up our selves just to find out its been sitting on the counter in a bag since it was put into quality control at 7:11pm. Got a refund and cold pizza.

The pizza was great. I always get a gandtossed pizza. The crust is always great& sauce has just the right amount of zing but not to much. Haven’t tried new stuffed crust but thats the next one. My fqvorite pizza is philly cheese steak.

When into the store and ordered food directly after my friend ordered his food and paid never received a receipt from the girl working the register who is a delivery driver. She told me it would be 20
Minutes. 15 minutes later my friend gets his food so i sat there waiting another 10 minutes later i still had not received my food. After talking to the staff it turns out my order was never put through but my money was still taken. The manager had to come refund me as i was not waiting another 20 minutes to get food and my friends food was already cold at this point from waiting. This is the second time Ive went into this store and the same delivery drive had messed up my orders.

The pan pizza is fantastic and with the deals I can get a good pizza instead of a meal through some drive thru. The curbside pickup option is a life saver, especially when little kids are in the car

Had an awesome time there just now. There was a lady that was swearing at them over not getting 17 pizzas in 20 minutes during Friday night rush. I spoke up on behalf of the employees and they gave me my order on the house. Absolutely no food service employee should have to put up with those privileged entitled people and I will happily be ordering in person more often in case those types are there again. Amazing fun staff overall
