we were so lucky to stumble upon this food truck with outdoor seating (with mountain view) driving from salt lake city to bryce canyon. feasted on tacos and grabbed burritos and tamales to go. do yourself a favor and take a turn around the market too for homemade tortillas, warm tamales, fresh guacamole, menudo on sunday. the salsa selection is . also *open on sunday*!

Really yummy spot for tacos and quesadillas. We tried the fish, shrimp, al pastor, carnitas and tripa. We requested Tripa to be crispy and it was amazing! My fave was the shrimp taco by far. My son lov3d the quesadilla…very cheesy, the asada falvorful and the shell crispy! Def worth our drive down from PG.

I was shocked that little Santaquin had such a gem hidden in the rough.
The food was better than almost every other Mexican restaurant I’ve had in Utah County. if your down this way or looking for a great plate at a good price, give this place a shot.

The food is delicious, but it’s a bit peculiar that we have to pay inside of a store, not a big deal but a little strange. Like I said the food is great and they sure do charge for it, I guess this is one of those situations where you get what you pay for.?
