Our first time trying this place for lunch. Everything was excellent. The side salad was fresh and delicious. The pizza was hot, fresh and SOOO good! I got their signature pizza and I’m in love with it. Can’t wait to come back and try the other pizzas. Customer service was also excellent. 10/10

Visited for the first time yesterday. Great experience! Had a handful of questions, which they answered patiently. Ordered three gluten free crust pizzas to take home and bake. Baking instructions were perfect. Pizzas came out wonderfully! Crispy and delicious. Super flavorful! Got two gluten free cupcakes and gobbled those up too! Wonderful dinner! We will be back for sure.

Some of the best wood fire pizza I’ve had in the area of HoCo and baltimore County
The pizza is wood fired but doesn’t have that thin crunchy crust that most do. The pizza is well sauced and very cheesy and the sauce on top was a very nice addition
The craft sodas were also very good and is made with real cane sugar but they have other options as well
I enjoyed the house made spice rub though I wish it was a little bit hotter but the wings were fresh and good sized for the 15$ price tag
My only complaint is that the pizzas aren’t bigger so I can have more of it, but I’m definitely going to go ahead and buy one of there take home pizza kits for me and my fiance to do one night as a cute date

Came here for the first time and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were super duper nice, they greeted you with a smile and they were working really hard. They have huge Brick Oven that is super dope, they do have seating but not that much they do have a bathroom that was very clean. The wings were so freaking good and I tried some new pizza that I forgot to take a picture of and I’m very upset about that but both pizzas were really good and I will be coming back again.

My family and I saw a random couple with the cutest redhead toddler in the park eating river house pizza at the park, and the pizza did not miss! I ordered the All Choked Up pizza and the Cajun pizza in an 8 inch size. The pizza WAS small, but I got the smaller size (there are 2 sizes, a 12 inch and 8 inch) to try two flavors. Both did not dissapoint, but I enjoyed the All Choked Up pizza a lot more – it was very fresh and reminded me of Italy; tomatoes, chunks of mozzarella, spinach. It was great.
I went on a very hot summer day (85° Farenheight) and the inside of the pizza place was very humid and hot. I think that’s partly on the oven for the pizza, but if you are planning to eat inside then I’d suggest taking that into consideration. My family ordered the pizza to-go in the store and it was a wonderful choice for a picnic. Would come here again!

Use to be a great pizza place with plenty of toppings for the price. Was worth the cost. Just picked up the Tuscan Sun and a Custom pizza with ham, pineapple, spinach and caramelized onions. They both look like cheese pizzas minus there is spinach. I thought I had wrong order and showed them to staff. Employee pointed to a tiny corner of my pizza and said there is the ham. On the other one pointed to a piece of cheese and said there is the goat cheese. Wow. Waste of money. Plenty of places to get pizza. Done here.

1-The place looks very clean.
2- Food: To me was perfect, the pizzas I picked were “Plane Jane” (super simple and delicious ) the other was “Italiano Bianco”.
3-Customer service: good. Polite and decent.
4-Price; fair 8″ gourmet $10.40 and 12″ $13.
The five star is because the quality of ingredients, you can feel the fresh and natural tomatoes. So, Plain Jane is my new favorite pizza in Ellicott City.

River House Pizza doesn’t mess around. I built a custom pie with chicken, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, and jalapeños, and it came out perfect—crispy crust, fresh ingredients, and the right mix of heat and flavor. If you’re rolling down Route 40 near Ellicott City/Columbia, do yourself a favor and stop here.

bright, clean smaller dining area, large selection of pizza, salads, sandwiches and entrees have an amazing choices.
Ordered all choke up, served hot, crispy and fresh spinach, first bite was so delicious, desire to eat more, saving rest for later.
I will return to experience more the menu.
