Delivery was ok. Food was subpar, at best. I ordered a hot Italian sub, it came open faced and cold. When I called back to inquire about it, the lady said, ‘well that’s just how it comes’. So I asked why it is listed in the menu as a hot sub sandwich and she said, ‘I don’t know’.
The cheese bread was old and hard. The pizza was just ok. Definitely would NOT recommend this food. Go somewhere else.

Solid pizza, it certainly tastes better than the big chains in the area and they deliver which is a major plus. I pre-ordered online and the pizza arrived early and hot. The service is where they shined. The delivery driver called when he was on his way and again when coming down the street to make sure I wasn’t standing in the cold waiting. This was the first time ordering from Jack Spratt’s so I’m hoping the quality and service are consistent.
