Soooo slow. One automated attendant, two clerks. Line is persistently 10 to 15 people long waiting to order, two people waiting for their coffee and a very relaxed couple of clerks with a “whatever” attitude. Not the way I would run a business. And a bed consumer experience!!

Two people ahead of us, three people working, one must have been new cuz the other two had to keep helping her. We are in line 20 minutes inside waiting. Had to ask one of the people to make our order so we could leave and pay. Coffee and donuts were great when we finally got them but we were late for our appointment

I just went through the drive-through and can see the floor behind the counter and that is the nastiest dirtiest thing I’ve ever seen. When I got my iced coffee, it’s completely white and doesn’t even look like there’s any coffee in it. With how dirty that place is I immediately threw it away.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a large drink and it came only halfway full. On top of that, I ordered food but only received half of what I paid for. I would have gone inside to speak with the manager, but it was raining and I had my baby in the car. This is by far the worst Dunkin’ I’ve been to. The staff needs serious improvement, and management should address these issues immediately.

Every time I come here, they either get the order wrong or make it incorrectly. Today I just so happened to order a sausage and cheese croissant only to receive the sausage and cheese croissant that seems to have been sitting there for a while as it’s cold and part of it is bumpy as if it had egg on top of it and take it off. I’m allergic to eggs and I’ve been through this several times before so I know what it looks like when it’s taken off so not only do they give me an old sandwich with stale bread but then a sandwich that they picked off something I specifically asked for it not to be on there because I’m allergic The coffee sucks. I specifically asked for French vanilla. There’s no French vanilla flavor in it. It is on the sugar and it’s bland on the cream and on top of that the small cup is filled up halfway, not even to the top of the cup his poor service at its finest

There are two girls every day I come in they are always are so stressed out. It seems like there the only ones here and closing this is very sad and unacceptable I mean I felt bad because I cursed them out because there were 4 cars in front of me and when I pulled window they apologized to me saying that it’s just them. I had ordered an unsweet tea. The barista gave me a sweet tea. I asked for my correct order and she tried to tell me I had ordered a sweet tea. Y’all be carting me out in an ambulance if I drink that. Nope. No ma’am. I only order unsweet. But she remade it correctly and it was delicious. The dining room and bathroom were clean. They had some cups for sale.

I’ve hard MREs that tasted better than the cold sandwiches they provided (Was supposed to be hot) and had dirt better than the thawing bacon bits I recieved. Coffee was decent though. Although when I offered my dog the sandwich, even he didn’t want it.

Tried to call the store but they won’t answer. It rings and then is disconnected.. Drove through to get 3 coffees for family members. I don’t drink coffee. I very clearly expressed “Cream only”- no sugar in one coffee because my wife cannot drink coffees with sugar. I asked about the tag on the coffee which was NOT what I had ordered. It stated it was a latte with sugar but they told me that it was not what was on the tag. Promised me it didn’t have sugar. Guess what… it has sugar… along with the two other coffees I ordered with sugar. This was a big deal. When I got home, my wife had sugar in her coffee and it makes her gag. There was a reason I double checked to make sure the coffee didn’t have sugar BEFORE I left the drive through. . No one answers when I call so the customer service stinks. Very disappointed to say the least.

Ugh, where to start. This place has been a consistent disaster the last 10 years. Staff is all kids who don’t care about the customers at all.
Being greeted with a hello would be nice. I understand you have to hire kids because you won’t pay over minimum wage but the least they could do is smile and greet you when you walk in.
I go on the app to order a drink so I can run in and grab it. It says walk in is closed on the app. Sure enough I pull up and someone is walking out the door. I was able to go inside and order, walk in was not closed.
The inside of the store looks great now after the remodel, unfortunately the service and quality is still as bad as ever.
