Manager was very rude to me . Interrupted me once telling her daughter to put a lid on her drink, and again talking to an employee that was leaning on the counter in front of the register not even 1 foot away from her like she whispered something to her or whatever. I was going to look past the first interruption, but the second one pissed me off i stopped ordering. Told her “yeah I wasn’t going to order anyway”
….. I have never been treated like this especially from a so called” Manager “….. highly un business-like! I will nit be returning here unless they hire new staff, which corporate should step in and hire new staff if they don’t want the place run into the ground.

The manager was rude to us the minute we started asking questions. Then my friend and I were standing there talking and she piped in with a smart ass comment. my friend said she didn’t have to be rude and we were not talking to her. She Then started cussing at us, refused service and gave us the finger. She yelled and cussed at us until we were out the door. Her name is Brook,she is the store manager

Never returning to this subway again. Ordered online and went to pick it up because the app said it was ready. They didn’t have flatbread, so they apparently “canceled” my order. My app didn’t say that. It said it was READY FOR PICKUP. They did not cancel my order they just didn’t make it. I know that because my card went through. We asked if we could just switch the bread since that was the “issue” and they said NO.
Manager in the back told the worker “that’s not our problem they can’t get their money back.” But the order already WENT THROUGH and was confirmed. There was NO WAY to cancel the order after it says it’s ready to be picked up.
The girl ended up making it for us. She doesn’t get a 1 star review, the shop and manager does. What should have been a 2 min pick up turned into waiting 25 min.

Ordered my food thru the subway app. Drove to the store after it said ready but the store was closed with the open sign ON. Waited for over 30min no one showed up, the food was paid for and the app had ready for pick up. Came back an hour later still no one. Never received the food I paid for. Placed an order online for fasted convenience but what I got is not what I ordered. It was the wrong bread, it had bell peppers not what I wanted. Also it was the wrong cheese and burnt bread too. Come on one thing I could let slide but more than one! Don’t order online from here.

Came in to oder. Only 1 employee came to work. She was distraught. Very long line for diners, take out, and delivery services. I ordered extra mayo and got a very disgusting, extremely heavy mayo sandwich with lite meat and veggies. The bread looked like flat bread because it wasn’t cooked right. It did not rise and was absolutely gooey. I understand that she needed help, but that doesn’t mean I’ll pay my hard earned money to get the worst sandwich I’ve ever gotten from Subways. Unacceptable!

Fast friendly service and smile that lights up the room. Unfortunately on today’s visit the toaster is broken. It’s one of the main reasons I go to Subway hot toasted subs. I decided to purchase anyway the Sandwich artist was so nice and kind she took the product off of the sub and put it into the microwave just to melt the cheese very thoughtful.

I ordered online, came in, and no one was upfront it took about two minutes before someone came up to make my sandwich and they told me they were out of pepperoni for one of my sandwich’s. She provided no solution either and told me I couldn’t switch it out for a different meat or a different sub. Just simply that I couldn’t get it. She was making it seem as if making that sandwich were no longer an option because she was out of pepperoni. Tables were dirty with stains, floors had garbage on them. Bad location.
