Tastes like Mugs and Jugs to me! I was pretty skeptical to be honest, but my husband wanted to go and its been a long time since we had Mugs food. Like, since they were on 66th street and US19. We got the buffalo shrimp boat and a 1/2 order of boneless wings. The wings were very meaty and cooked perfectly. The honey bbq sauce was great. The shrimp were delicious as well! We will definitely be back. The young man that served us was also really friendly! Glad my husband wanted to try it!!

Mugs Jr. Has the worse food I’ve ever tasted.smh. This was My first time going and I’ll never be back. Very over priced! Me my wife nor my son could finish our food. I ordered the cheese burger my wife had the chillie cheese fries and my son had the chicken sandwich every meal was a waist of money I spent over 40 dollars for it to go in the trash. We’ll never be back! If anybody reads this find another restaurant to eat at with better quality food and better pricing.

Got a philly cheese steak, meat was barely cooked, i asked for no mushrooms, of course they were on there! I called to try to get it remade and because they said i didnt call that same night which i went right back to work at a busy restaraunt i didnt have time to call at the moment nor go back to get the food. I called next day considering i work til 2am and they close at 12am. And the morning manager refused to satisfy an upset customer. This is not the first time this has happened i ate here once before and had issues i tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and they did not meet expectations again.

I’m not from the area but wanted to stop as soon as I saw the name. Happy to learn there is a larger establishment for next time I’m down this way.
The concept is great as the food didn’t feel like fast food but more like take out from a regular barstaurant.
It was later in the evening and likely not a popular night as there was no one else in line, but we waited 10+ minutes for the food. To be clear, this is not a complaint, but it is what drove me to lookup the story behind the establishment. Again, not from the area so I was expecting more “fast food” wait times give it is a drive thru. So, if you’re looking for fast food, I suggest looking elsewhere. If you want restaurant quality wings and don’t want to get out of your car, then try them out.
I’ll check out the full restaurant experience next time.

I ordered the chicken gyro junior meal with fries and a drink. Also, a order of mozzarella sticks for later. The mozzarella sticks, and fries were great but my chicken was undercooked. I didn’t realize it until I bit into it. It was warm on the outside but light pink and cold on the inside. No way of saving it, so I had to throw it out. Very said, because the tzatziki sauce was amazing.

I got the patty melt and it was as good as any patty melt I’ve ever had. Good onion, flavorful beef and great toasted rye bread. The fries remind me of English “chips” style fries. They were great too! I definitely recommend Mugs Jr. The convenience of the drive thru is just a bonus. I’ll be back!

I mean it, I’m a man of business and I understand business professionalism and etiquette. I’m not downplaying this at all- it’s literally people like Gabrielle that have me returning for business, on a weekly basis.

Very disappointed with this establishment. To start off the food is over priced which would be fine if the quality and quantity were sufficient. Quality is good I will be honest in my review. I’ve been there three times first time was great, pricey but food was good. Second time so so. Third time I ordered two meals upgraded fries to tater tots which they charge three dollars per order to upgrade, no problem I agree which now brings my two meals to $38 dollars for full order boneless wings and a Cuban sandwich again pricey but the food is fresh but than I get home and the six dollars I paid to upgrade from French fries, which come with the meal, to tater tots is pathetic to say the least. If your going to charge extra for something at least give the equivalent amount of that item to what it’s replacing. The boneless wings were less than the last time I ordered them as well. I feel like they hooked it up the first days to get you there than gave 2/3 the amount if not less my 2 other visits. Price not worth the quantity!! The photo attached is the order they gave me. When I ordered it the previous time the fries that they gave me filled that container, now I pay three dollars extra for an upgrade and don’t even line the whole bottom, bad business. Be consistent with the quantity of food. Save your money find some where else!

Best burger in the area. Wife got fish n chips and kid got steak taco combo. All the food was a cut above everywhere else we’ve eaten around here. So reassure your wallet that it’s worth it and get some!
