Disappointing experience. Ordered two pizzas that were supposed to be mostly the same, and both came out poorly made. Way too much cheese and sauce to the point it was soggy and unbalanced. The pizza wasn’t even cut properly, slices were uneven and basically falling apart. Presentation was sloppy, and it honestly looked rushed with no attention to detail. For the price, I expected much better quality and care. Won’t be ordering again unless consistency improves.

My recent Domino’s experience was highly frustrating due to Chase Miller’s poor customer service. After waiting 30 minutes for my pizza, despite being told it was “almost out of the oven,” I discovered it had been sitting out and was cold. When I brought this to Chase’s attention, he refused to offer any reasonable solution for the inconvenience. He only offered a cold pizza or a refund, declining my request for a coupon or a fresh replacement. I have to give it to this crew, in particular. I have sensitivity to garlic & parmesan, so we always have to request our food without those, and like 97% of the time this location gets it right, or they’ll kindly make it right. (Always had great customer service here!)
Other locations we’ve tried can’t get it right for the life of them. We’ve even had the Savage location remake the pizza 3 times one evening because they kept putting the garlic parm on it. Kind staff, but I was honestly concerned about their reading and comprehension skills.
Anywho, we decided we are definitely going to stick with the Bloomington Ferry location for good I’ve noticed “Nathan” making our orders most times when we use the app, so if that’s really the individual’s name doing it, give him a raise for paying attention to detail and getting it right the first time around!

This is like my third time getting delivery from here. The whole thing is just horrible! How come every time my partner orders a pizza there is never red sauce. I ordered pizza not cheese sticks. Horrible food.

I grabbed my food and checked in the car, and it was cold. I went back in to ask for them to remake it, only to be met with the worst customer service ever. The chubby blonde lady (who I assume was the manager) was yelling at the crew and proceeded to tell me that they weren’t making my food again. I don’t think I’ll ever be back here again

I came to my mom‘s house for dinner and we had a nightmare of a time trying to reach a person, place an order, and get our food. We waited for over an hour called and they said they never had the order!!! Then they claimed they don’t even deliver here and to call a different location. Out of pity the other location said that they would deliver. Absolutely horrible experience that you don’t think you’re gonna have to deal with when spending $30 on food.

I’ve been coming here for months now for take out. Everyone ordering food here should have reasonable expectations for the range of deliciousness they can get from any corporate food chain. The consistent difference maker at this location is the personnel. Tally working the front goes out of her way to make sure I get what I need. It’s hard to find help that is respectful and engages people so customers feel like they’re getting what they paid for; that they’re being heard. She’s got a bright future and I hope Dominos knows it!
