I’ve been going to Grand Junction since they first opened in Moorhead, but this location is now dead to me. This abomination of a “large” sandwich and a soda cost me $18 before tip. Save your money if you don’t want to be disappointed.

Tried to order online but wasn’t working. Worker said , what do you guys want. I showed him my phone with what I ordered.
Waiting for 15 minutes as the cooks got upset and had attitudes with the following 8 people that walked through the door at 7:30, half hour before closing. They complained about sandwiches people wanted, swore. Got my order, fries burnt, sandwich covered in onions when it said no onions on order. Cheese bread barely had cheese, just toasted bread. No have a good night, customer service terrible. Will never go there again.

The service was awesome.at North fargo grand junction.. I ordered online and when I got there first thing the gm said just put ur fresh fries down which was awesome I hate cold fries… I used to always go to grand junction all the time I’ve never complained but this time the gm was awesome so friendly and not sure why people write reviews for cleanliness because it was very clean atmosphere…. There’s only few places that have great customer service like him… People always want to write bad reviews but never good ones keep up great job North fargo grand junction

Went in to grab a sandwich before a flight. The guy at the counter was super friendly. There was a DoorDash order that got cancelled and some extra fries that he gave us too. The cordon blue was delicious.

Dirty and grimy is how you feel as you enter the North Fargo Grand Junction. Even though the store appeared to have been swept clean it still felt and looked unclean. I went into the men’s bathroom to simply wash my hands and was unable to because the soap dispenser was ripped off the wall and placed on the towel dispenser. Dirty and grimy is how the bathroom felt as well. I had to sneak into the women’s bathroom to wash my hands. Thank goodness there was soap there.
I ordered a Ham and Cheese and was told they were out of American Cheese. They definitely don’t use as much meat as they used to the but bread however is still good. My sandwich was ok but when I sat down at my table I needed to clean it off. When you notice things not being clean you really start to wonder how the prep of food is. So it made eating my lunch much less enjoyable. Had my Ham and Cheese sandwich been loaded up like a Subway sandwich I could see paying sixteen dollars for a meal but I don’t feel what I got was worth Sixteen dollars.
On a good note the staff was attentive and took my order quickly and were kind and nice.
The store was not busy and with what appeared as 3 or 4 people working they could focus a little on cleaning.
Overall I feel if this store had a deep cleaning and a few upgrades they could bring me back as a customer. Until then I will avoid this Grand Junction.

My sub came with barely any toppings. Some of the bread was still dry because not a single topping touched it. I was really looking forward to my first Grand Junction in over a year and was incredibly disappointed instead.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Grand Junction. I ordered a Chicken Cordon Blue, and when I opened it, I found hair inside. I tried to resolve the issue by calling multiple times—four calls in total—but no one picked up. I left a message each time hoping a manager or owner would call me back, but nothing. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and it’s incredibly frustrating when you can’t even get anyone to address your concerns. I won’t be coming back after this. Definitely not the quality or care I expected. I guess I will have to go to the Moorhead location from here on out.

The folks working were very pleasant…however our sandwiches left much to be desired. I had the Hawaiian which had very little flavor. From what my husband had told me “these are the best sandwiches in the world” as he remembered them from his old days in the air guard.. no. Not even close. My lettuce was browning, tomatoes were limp. And the base sandwich itself had very little flavor. The fries were supposed to be the best but they were very undercooked and waaaayyyy over salted. So… overall… a flop. Wont be returning which is sad because my husband had been looking forward to sharing his favorite sandwich shop with me.

These grilled and toasted subs are ridiculously delicious! So are the fries! If you get a whole sandwich combo, there’s a good chance you’ll be full enough to save half of that sandwich for later. That’s what I did, and it was just as good left over. I was so pleasantly surprised. Also, the guys working there were super helpful and friendly. I will definitely go back to this sub shop again when I’m in the area. P.s. It’s not what I would necessarily call “cheap”, but you do generally get what you pay for. Loved it!

Overall good place to eat. I got the large sandwich as someone who gets full east and finished the whole thing. Fries were salty but good. Had to get a receipt code for the bathroom.
