The pizza i ordered a Chicago stuffed pizza , and it’s looks unacceptable mainly dough. worst pizza i’ve ever gotten. i called them and they said every worker and papa murphy’s does it differently some spread it out and some only do the middle? but this is unacceptable nothing like the photo and i actually know someone who works at a papa murphy’s who says this is not correct, didn’t get offered a new one or anything just that everyone does it differently and there own way, and u can look at the advertised pizza compared to mine completely different

Usually when I come here the customer service is great but today is completely different. I stopped in after shopping at Safeway to order 1 pizza and the women behind the counter was upset because I did not order online. She repeatedly was making comments about it to herself while I was waiting and was “extra nice” to the gentleman in front of me that order his online. It killed the holiday vibes I have been greeted with by others so day. Not a great way to end a long work day.

Zero stars. One man making pizza. One woman in the back doing God knows what. Apparently pre ordered pizza takes priority. Sat and waited for 30 minutes. Finally I asked for a refund. I’m not spending my Sunday afternoon waiting for a pizza that can be tossed together in a couple minutes. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered.

It was a terrific pizza, the ordering was on-line so very convenient, and the order was ready when I arrived! We added some of our own grilled chicken from home to enhance the pizza, which is a great move!
