We ordered a deluxe pizza and the Italian breadsticks – both were delicious! While this wasn’t our first time here, it was our first time ordering the breadsticks. They were some of the best we’ve ever had, highly recommend!

Looks like there are some fabulous deli selections and wings and fried chicken dishes here. But for this review, it’s just about the pizza.
Nice thin crust, square cut tavern style pizza that is common around this part of Ohio. Comparing this style to other places with the same style, this is a great pie! The crust out of the oven has a nice crisp. The ingredients all come together for a nice flavor profile. I suggest the straight up cheese pizza with extra cheese, but if you like something more substantial the deluxe with extra cheese is hearty and quite good. The sauce is not improperly sweet or overly spicy, it’s a perfect blend that gives a hint of boldness that it’s tucked in there. Overall, an excellent pizza.
The down side. It’s carry out only. So while it is a nice clean kitchen and friendly place, this carry out only store is something that poses a challenge for me with pizza. As soon as you put a nice pizza like this into that cardboard pizza box, you lose some of that amazing crisp. Would love to see an expansion someday where I can be served this pizza on a nice grate or metal pan straight out of the oven in their own dining room. That would then potentially bring in that extra star as well. And would bring the atmosphere up to a good star rating as well, since a good eat in pizza joint serving up this pie is something this little town, and area needs.
The ol’ donkey says I’m being too critical. As it’s a good pizza, and a great one for this style of pizza. Eeyroe gives it 5 tail wags as a carry out only spot.
I’m sticking with the 4 stars, with the hope of someday giving 5 stars if there is an expansion to full service pizza spot and restaurant in the future.

I have now became a regular!!! Wow a friend told me about this place and we got wings and pizza and it was amazing!! Best pizza and wings In Miami county .you might have to wait a minute for your food but definitely worth the wait! I will Definitely will be back .

Formerly DJ’s Pizza Alley, at Red Devil Pizza and Deli the fresh ingredients and delicious taste hasn’t changed a bit. Same location and same square cut pizza slices. Call to place your order. Usually ab 30 min. I seriously crave this pizza and love coming to Tipp for it — may also offer local delivery. They have a vegan cauliflower crust which I hear is awesome. As far as toppings you can’t miss, I choose vegetarian usually.

We came in and ordered, and while we were at the counter the employee received a phone call. While still on the phone, he said, “We’re in America, I have to help people use a credit card machine.”
I want to be clear: I do know how to use a credit card machine. I had paused before inserting my card because I was taken back by how overpriced everything was. The comment felt directed at me and came across as racial profiling, which made the situation VERY unprofessional.
Unfortunately, the food was just as bad as the service. Overall, this was a disappointing experience.

Today 12/30/2025 I had a family member come in to pick a pizza up and he gave the cashier his card to pay. He said the guy started laughing and walking away saying “ha ha I got your card” he told him so are you going to give my card back? and the cashier said yeah.

Ordered a large deluxe with extra cheese. They forgot the extra cheese which isn’t a huge deal but the pizza wasn’t good- it looked baked correctly but was a doughy. The new owners are also rude. They blasted a customer on Facebook because he didn’t like the food and when the business offered to remake the food he asked for a refund instead. Bad customer interactions happen but making it a huge deal publicly is cringey and not necessary.

I work right around the corner and just tried this place for the first time over the weekend. I will definitely be back. The store was slammed, which is always a good sign and the guy at the counter was so kind. I got fried mushrooms, which were really good and a veggie pizza, which was the best pizza I’ve had in a while

Cant review the food or atmosphere because i did not get good service. I called to see about ordering food and was rushed off the phone. I ordered a pizza, didn’t get offered anything else like sides or breadsticks just a hangup. There’s no menu online so I have no way of knowing what they offer. Called back because the initial call was so bad to cancel my order and again was met with a hangup… wouldn’t recommend based on the service alone.

I absolutely love the people. We are friends with the people who own the place and JJ and his crew. The food is always amazing. And it is nice to come in and have a good conversation while waiting for your food. They are the nicest people.
