We are big fans of Erma’s Island so we were so excited to finally try this place.
Black coffee was excellent and I am normally am very picky. The food tastes just as good as it looks. French toast was delicious and not overbearingly sweet. Jerk chicken and waffle was excellent. Jerk spice has a nice kick to it. We think we remember getting the jerk chicken and waffle at Erma’s Island inside the Market and it had jerk spices inside the waffle itself, where as this one didn’t. It was so delicious either way. This waffle was served broken into 4 pieces which seemed to keep it less soggy than the way it was served at Erma’s Island.
We will definitely be coming back!

This I had an amazing experience at Erma Bistro! The food was absolutely delicious and exceeded my expectations. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. A special shoutout to Brionna — she did a fabulous job! She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. Wow, we came here for brunch as the menu looked interesting as was different than a lot of other places. We were impressed with the food quality and the unique taste. The oxtail tacos were amazing as well as our other dishes. Will definitely be back. Food took a while to come out but won’t hold that against them.

Etma’s Bistro is an absolute gem! The ambiance was beautiful, warm, and welcoming. The staff and the owner, Latoya, were so friendly and attentive. I tried the Rasta Pasta with salmon — perfectly seasoned and delicious — and started off with the fried cauliflower with the spicy Asian dipping sauce, which was amazing. The drinks are great too! Everything from start to finish was excellent. I can’t wait to go back!

Amazing food, first time I had Jamaican food, Oxtail was recommended by the excellent server and it was one of the best things I ever ate. I ordered the brunch Oxtail and Grits. Everything was perfect!
