From the moment I stepped into Cold Stone, the smell of freshly baked waffle cones hit me like a warm hug. The store was clean, bright, and filled with the cheerful sound of staff singing birthday tunes and mixing ice cream creations on the signature frozen granite stone.
I ordered the “Founder’s Favorite” in a waffle bowl – a heavenly blend of sweet cream ice cream, brownie chunks, pecans, fudge, and caramel. Every bite was rich and indulgent without being overly sweet. The texture was velvety smooth, and you could tell the ingredients were top quality – the brownies were soft and gooey, not dry like you find at other places.
For my second scoop (because how could I stop at one?), I tried a custom creation: cheesecake ice cream with strawberries, graham cracker pie crust, and white chocolate chips. It was like having cheesecake in ice cream form – perfectly balanced and refreshing.
The staff were incredibly friendly and patient as I debated my mix-ins. They didn’t rush, and they made my ice cream right in front of me with a smile, even tossing in a bit of showmanship while mixing.

Omg this picture does this no justice! It was HUGE and in a cute perfect ball. I did take a star off because I ordered a Founders Favorite but she gave me chocolate chips instead of pecans. Kind of my fault because I was on my phone the whole time and not paying attention to her making it. But the cute little Hispanic girl in there hooked this ice cream up and she was nice!

Had a wonderful experience at this place. Cold stone is my go to for icecreams. The store looked clean. The staff here were super friendly and polite and were able to tweak the signature creations and customize as per my needs. Definitely coming back..!!

Very poor service- the associate didn’t stir my mix in into the ice cream. I ordered the “ours” size with one mix in. She also had trouble getting the quart full w/ the amount of ice cream that she took out of the container; she had to keep adding more. (3 separate times). The last time she finally just took a little bit of ice cream out and put it on the top without adding any of the mix into it. Worse, this last bit of ice cream didn’t even fill up the container, but she gave it to me like that anyway. I asked her about both issues; that the container was not full and the ice cream was not mixed that was on the top. She argued as if it was a problem. I pointed out that this size container cost almost $16 and that what I was asking for should expected. I would never enter any store again, if I saw her standing behind the counter.
