I always order ahead and pick up. My order is always ready when I arrive and the pickup process is always easy.
There’s no access to the store from the front door . You must enter from the rear door, which has no ramp, only steps, making this location inaccessible to handicapped individuals.
They offer seasoning packets, but they’re not in reach, so you must ask for them. Access to those would be nice, considering the base of the pizza can be bland. For me, the upsets my stomach every time, so I’ve decided to just avoid it.
Staff can be unresponsive at times, failing to acknowledge entering customers.

Great service at the Papa John’s on Ponce De Leon! The attendant was super courteous and provided excellent customer service. You can really taste the freshness in the pizza — I’ve always been a fan. Clean store and great vibes right in the heart of Midtown. Highly recommend!

Called a day before for a delivery to my office. They were supposed be delivered at 11:45 but found just found out at 12:05 they were just walking out of the door. Our lunch is only 30 minutes so that’s why I ordered a day in advance so they would have plenty of time to prepare. If you have a schedule buy pizza somewhere else so you can get everyone fed during their lunch break. Still waiting for more than 45 minutes!!! Edit…finally pizza arrived but the order was incorrect.

I’ve ordered from this location several times and every single time I receive something incorrect. The pizza toppings have never been correct (and I always double check it wasn’t my mistake) and I’ve paid extra sauce cups with two deliveries now that I’ve not received. I’ve given them plenty of time to adjust as it is a new location, but it only gets worse every time I try again.

Serviced my delivery order with DoorDash. Refused to answer phone minutes after closing, no proactive outreach when DoorDash refused to deliver because DoorDash doesn’t understand how addreses work and went 3 miles in the wrong direction (papa johns map shows the address perfectly fine), no ability to get customer support at the time of failed delivery(15 minutes after close, definitely a manager cleaning there that could have answered)
Will not be ordering papa johns again or using doordash after this experience.
Papa johns website says my order was delivered, DoorDash says it was cancelled and they can’t refund me directly.
Get take out, delivery is a scam where you have to fight for refunds on food you never got.

It is now 7:49 found out the driver stole our food
The restaurant is doing nothing to make this issue right.. I ordered delivery thru them directly!
They are re sending food out but at this rate I won’t get the food for another 2 hours making it 10pm.

I would not order from This place unless I ordered it and waited for it to be handed to me. I watched as a worker smoked a blunt and passed it. Walked into the store no gloves boxing pizza and touching the peppers to put in the box. No even a thought to wash their hands. Very unsanitary.
