Hidden gem!! An amazing sandwich shop tucked away in a business park with wonderful service and tasty subs, soups, and salads. Their Cuban was one of the best I’ve had! I would highly recommend this place. Their large menu is also extremely fairly priced! They also have a complimentary pickle bar which is a plus!

Really cute concept, located in a business park. Plenty of parking but gets busy during the lunch rush. Counter service, not a ton of seating (outside and inside available) but if grabbing to-go, no issue. Patio fills up on nice days. Friendly staff.

Pictured: Tuna melt. and of course the pickle bar!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The best decision I’ve made all year.

Three Pickles just served me a sandwich so good I briefly considered standing up and giving a speech. Everything was perfect — the bread, the toppings, the unbelievable pickles (obviously). The staff works with the confidence of people who know they’re creating greatness.

One bite and I knew I’d be thinking about this sandwich on my deathbed. If you’re in Santa Barbara and you don’t stop here, you’re doing life wrong.

Five stars, zero hesitation, infinite gratitude.

I have been enjoying 3 Pickles for many years! It is not just the amazing customer service and familial welcome from Monique, the sandwiches are the BEST!! I crave the turkey on a French roll with capicola sprinkled on it :)_

Tried this place for the first time and great find, if in the area or going to the airport at S.B. I ordered ahead of time to pick up before a flight.
The place was crowded when I got there and a bit chaotic with multiple people waiting. The service was a bit frenetic, hurried and not very friendly.
Ver good sandwich though for freshness and flavors. I ordered a turkey stack.

I got the feeling this is more of a to-go type of place and would only go back if heading to the airport.

Cozy space for amazing sandwiches. Stopped in for lunch and ordered the Cuban sub. Great blend of slow roasted pork, sliced ham and Swiss cheese. Three Pickles puts their own spin on the traditional sandwich by adding avocado and garlic aioli. What an amazing symphony of flavors.

Look no further, this is a top 5 sandwiches of all time list contender here. Hands down three pickles is one of the best.

The canon capicolla club sandwich is amazing (pictured) and there are so many other good options for hot and cold subs and then salads too and you can build your own. Reasonably priced. Always fresh.

This has been a work takeout lunch go to for me for many years. Many a coworker current and long departed near and far still talk about “that sandwich place” and this is it.

The bread is always fresh and perfectly toasted. The free pickles are in three types and they give you little baggies to take them with you, self serve style.

Decent chips and drinks options, standard for a sandwich shop. Outdoor seating area is small ish but usually a table is available if you wait a few minutes.

Three pickles forever.

My favorite sandwich is presidio pastrami. Who knew it could be so good. Plus you can have some pickles with your sandwich.

Decent sandwiches but not sure why the crispy capocola is a thing. It tasted like burnt bacon but maybe mine was just extra crispy. I had the Canon capicola club on sub roll instead of the sourdough. Bread was soft and had a nice chew to it. Overall the sandwich was ok but not great. I tried the pickles and they were not even as good as jarred pickles from the supermarket.
