Plenty of parking, it’s inside a little Market Mall. Close to UCONN campus so the service is a little slow but only because the place is usually busy, so ordering thru app at least 15 minutes ahead be your best option
All of the Baristas are pleasant and friendly and it’s obvious they’re working as hard as they can, occasionally one bumping into the other. So much space for the customer but they need a little more space behind the counter too

worst starbucks ever. i did a mobile order that was supposed to be ready by 4:15 pm. i waited for 20 MINUTES. and the order was still not ready. when i asked for an update. they told me that they did not have the product needed to make my drink. therefore i waited patiently for no reason, watching the male barista literally take his time with completing orders and being on his phone. will not return. get better staff.

Went there to get some drinks for my kids. I got there at 5:25. They are supposed to close at 6:00. We had recently called to verify the hours. I was told at 5:25 when I tried to order that they were closing. I pointed out the time and that they were supposed to close at 6:00. I also told him we drove from Coventry so that my kids could get a drink. He didn’t care and said that they had to close early today. Really horrible customer service. My wife called the manager after we got home and found out that they are not supposed to close early.

Horrible customer service!! They close at 6 but 5:45 i was turned away because he already closed his bars down!! When I asked what time that Starbucks closes and he said “anywhere between 5:30 and 6”. What business doesn’t have a set closing time?? More like you were dead so you shut down early!!! Bad for business!!!

Unfortunately the only choice in the area. Employees simply do their job, make cofee and charge for the product and when I dislike that, because I’m used to friendly staff in most otherlocations!
Coffee is … plain cofee, doesn’t really taste like Starbucks. Location simply not recommended

Doesn’t have a full food menu only breakfast sandwiches and you can’t earn star points unless you pay with a card. Woulda gone down the road to the one in the bookstore to earn my points instead. Waste of a trip.
