I was welcomed by a lovely lady shortly after entering the restaurant. The interior layout is beautiful and seating is cozy (wall couch seats are available).
I had the beef pho and my friend got the shrimp tom yum noodle soup. Yum! We also tried the Vietnamese egg coffee- that was also tasty! Our server was pleasant and did her best in assisting us.
Will be back to try the satay pho or tom yum soup and another option from the delicious-looking beverage selection!
As we entered, there’s barely anyone dining. We were welcomed by a nice lady with a lovely smile. We were seated by the window and as I looked around, the interior was beautifully laid out. (According to the lady server, the restaurant was renovated to turn it into this awesome place.)
The menu was given, I placed the orders. It’s my first time to taste a big beef bone and I love it! Hubby chose an old time favorite, beef brisket soup. I enjoyed our meal. Because I still have more meat on the huge bone, I decided to take it home.
Will definitely come back!
The service was fast and the staff were friendly. We were seated and brought water and menus quickly. The guy was helpful in answering our question about the parking.
The atmosphere was really nice. Loved the plants, seating options, and decor!
We started with the beef fresh rolls, which were light, fresh, and beautifully presented. The ingredients were crisp, and the dipping sauce tied everything together perfectly — a great way to begin the meal.
The pho was the standout dish. The broth was exceptionally clean and flavorful, clearly crafted with care. It was served in a unique and visually appealing presentation that gave a modern twist to a traditional favorite.
We also had the pad Thai, which tasted authentic and well-balanced — sweet, savory, and just the right amount of tang. It had that classic street-food essence that’s hard to replicate.
Service overall was quick and efficient, and the staff were friendly throughout. One minor note: the drinks did take a little longer than expected to arrive, but it wasn’t a major issue and everything else came out promptly.
Pricing was moderate and very reasonable for the quality, presentation, and portion sizes.
All in all, Dear Saigon delivered a memorable dining experience. Great food, inviting atmosphere, beautiful presentation, and good value — I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for top-notch Vietnamese and Thai cuisine.
Some lights in the parking lot in the back were out too, but at least there’s lots of parking.
Recommended: pork vermicelli, pho, peach tea
We ordered “Banh Khot”, “Dear Saigon Pho” and “Grilled Pork Shrimp with Spring Roll Vermicelli”. The pho is rich and comforting, with tender meat and fragrant broth. Their spring rolls are crispy with tasty fillings. And the dishes are served beautifully.
We paired our dinner with “Taro Biscoff” and “Mango Dragonfruit Refresher” from the Tropical Drinks menu. both were cool, refreshing, and a perfect way to end the meal.
