We came in from the south for a funeral and discovered this restaurant. OH MY GOODNESS! One trip was not enough. It was so good the first go round, we had to come back again and they DID NOT DISAPPOINT! They have everything from gourmet chocolates to home cooked meal. We had the fried chicken, pepperoni pizza and almost 1/2 the chocolates they had to offer and it was a lot. Our meals were hot, fresh and delicious, and the chocolates …. YUMMY!!!!!! As you can probably tell from the photos we did not come to play, and yes, it was THAT GOOD. Thank you to all the staff in Racine at the Main St location for excellent service, beautiful smiles and great food.

Decided to give this place a try, I’ve had their chocolate so decided to try their pizza. Ordered a pepperoni pizza specifically well done. Waited over 45 mins for it to be ready. Brought it home only for it to be very under done. At this point I have hungry kiddos so I throw it in the oven because I don’t have time to go back out. I call to give them a heads up, they ask me to bring it back in! Huh?! No sir…and to top it off I will mention the poor customer service I received as the guy has the nerve to cut me off and state “we are a small local business”. I explained to him that I chose to spend my hard earned money at a local business and this is how a local customer is treated. Never again…he took down my contact information and tells me management will give me a call back…and of course they never did. Disappointing…do better!

This place is a dream come true all I could want in a restaurant. Pizza,chocolate,ice cream cones shakes and other food! The food I ordered tasted great I also got a chocolate peanut butter sample amazing.Being a morbidly obese man such as myself I can easily get myself in a lot of trouble here.The service was very fast and the workers were very friendly answering any questions I had. This was my first time here and it certainly won’t be my last.

Ordered take out for the first time and really enjoyed the thin crust pizza, also got the garlic bread and breaded cauliflower which were both good, was most intrigued and drawn in by the chocolate when I went to pick up the order and the variety they had, tried a couple tonight that have been very tasty.

Use to be one of my favorite spots. Amazing racine themed speciality burgers, the best egg sandwich in town, amongst so many other items. Decided to stop in tonight, no menus to look at except the cut up one on the wall. Employee said they have the burgers but no menu to know what they were. Decided to go with the trusty egg sandwich…. we dont have that anymore, we took that off the menu. It’s almost like they dont want guest dining in, they have tables but no menus. If you want pizza, choclates or icecream, I guess this is the place to go as thats all we seen coming and going. Disappointed is an underatatement.

We had excellent experience, pizza was delicious and salted caramel chocolate was so good!!! The service was nice and fast and Trent was very helpful! Will be back for more chocolates and food for sure!

The first time we ordered here they forgot our bread. We let it slide because we really like their fish.
Second time we ordered they nailed it.
Then we ordered party pizza for our foster sons b day party. Spent $$$ on that.
We just ordered again today and had to wait over 2 hours for delivery of our food. (called a couple times too with no apologies or??)
Not only did it come COLD but the fish sandwich was MISSING the top BUN. WHY??? When we called to tell them it was missing we were PUT ON HOLD & then told that if we wanted, they would bring us another sandwich BUT of course we’d have to wait and also give them BACK the sandwich that was missing half a BUN. SERIOUSLY? No apologies, No is there anything we can do to rectify this bad experience, NO Nothing!!!! SERIOUSLY??? Ummm your customer service just went out the window!!!!
We have spent $150 at this place with 4 orders total in the last five weeks. We like their fish but not that much. I guess we’ll go back to our old Hangout.

We haven’t been here in a couple years. We just bought a pound of chocolate which is typically great chocolate. This time, not so much. Hershey’s makes better chocolate. We had some filled chocolates. The mint filled were good, all the other fillings lacked flavor or tasted “off”. The young man who waited on us was less than friendly and not too sure of himself. Sad to see the downfall.

All I ordered was their chocolates, which were a total 5 star! The company I was with ordered ice cream and banana splits, which they said was super good. The place is small and clean and the ladies were pleasant. They were closing so we didn’t get to order much else other than treats.

Co-businesses Phoenix Chocolates shop and Derangos Italian restaurant. Stopped in today to purchase chocolates as gifts. Masks required. We were greeted as we entered. Someone was ahead of us. We practiced social distancing and waited for our turn. They were busy with staff taking phone orders or customers picking up food from Derangos restaurant and handling chocolate orders. When it was our turn staff explained we could buy by box or bag and priced by the pound. I mixed my chocolate order 1/2 milk and 1/2 dark chocolates. Order a small box fairy/angel food. Large box chocolates with nuts and a large box with creams. Filled boxes rather than ordering by the pound. Picked a couple individual pieces and of course a peppermint candy cane. It was a wonderful experience. Please be patient if anyone is ordering or picking up ahead of of you. Will return again. Pleasant and friendly staff.
