Service was good. I asked questions about the flat bread they are supposed to have from Hero with virtually no carbs but could get no answers. Looked up regular flat bread with a whopping 30g some of carbs.
I gor my standard cold cut trio on ital8an with pepper jack toasted. Lettuce extra pickles and mayo.
Food was good and quick my made. Sorry no photos will provide next time I go.

Ordered online. We ordered the footlong nachos. We get there and we got a small bowl of nachos. Not even close to what we should’ve got. If you don’t have what ppl order, call them or don’t make it and let them decide if they still want the items because this was a rip off big time. Steak was cold. Nasty. We Def won’t order again. Restaurant needs a make over bad.

visited the Subway in Hartford City, Indiana, on 06/03/2025 at 9:20ish PM, and had a very disappointing experience.
Right when we walked in, the employee working had an attitude and was immediately dismissive. I was asking my girlfriend about a coupon, and he interrupted to tell us, in a rude tone, that they don’t accept coupons because they’re independently owned and suggested trying Montpelier instead.
When I asked for a 6-inch sub, he started making a 12-inch. When I corrected him, he seemed annoyed. The entire interaction felt tense and unpleasant, and he treated the customer behind us the same way.
I understand everyone has bad days, but working in customer service myself, I know it’s never acceptable to take it out on customers. I won’t be returning to this Subway, and I’ll be recommending others avoid it as well. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.

This is probably one of the better Subway’s that I personally have ever been too. The service is GREAT!! I work for Door Dash and have NEVER had to wait on an order. It is always ready and on the pick-up shelf when I arrive. The food is always GREAT and my subs are never skimpy, if you will. The customer service is great and they are ALWAYS very kind and friendly. GREAT PLACE!! Highly recommend.

Came in around 6 pm. No cars in parking lot. I did see one mobile order hanging that the unfriendly gentlemen was working on. So I walk in, his first words were “it’s gonna be a minute” I said okay. (Hi to you too? )
Another guy comes out from the back and asks me what I want. I tell him spicy Italian, he gives me some serious attitude stating “uhm yeah we don’t call that by that name anymore. For future reference it’s called the #23”
At this point I’m over the unnecessary attitude and the acting as I’m inconveniencing them for just being there. So after seeing 3 flies landing on all the food, them having long scruffy beards with nothing covering it directly over the sandwich, and the rudeness, I told them never mind and I was no longer interested and went somewhere else. I miss when customer service, friendliness, and good workmanship was valued.

Worst subway I have ever been to. Cold meatballs and they knew they were cold because they ran out and didn’t bother making sure they were properly heated. They don’t honor subway coupons either. Got 3 subs and 2 kinds of bread and all the breads were not baked right, very doughy.
