I’m completely disappointed with the food served. All of the meat was old and dry. Ice tea was bitter and impossible to drink. Basically we have left most of the food and left . Avoid!!!!!

If you want dry and unseasoned food, you’ve found the place!
You will need the entire salt shaker to get a hint of seasoning. The worst wings I’ve ever eaten. The brisket and ribs were tender but bland and dry. Very unpleasant and overly priced.

Got a brisket sandwich and they didn’t even bother putting barbecue sauce on it. Unfortunately, I didn’t find out until I was at my gate, which was not close. Fries were cold and chewy. Staff was dismissive And disinterested. I clearly should’ve checked the reviews before I ordered. I would’ve been better served going to Dunkin.

An affront to barbecue and food in general. People are travelling and tired. We know we are paying outrageous prices but don’t like feeling we’re being defrauded when food is mediocre. Wanted some meat because most aiport food is carb heavy. Got brisket and it didn’t taste smoked at all. That lean dry type of brisket that comes from a half-hearted oven braise, accompanied by cold fries. Service was at least not hostile; and they want a tip up front. Jump through a bunch of hoops with an app to order. Real human touch. Avoid if you can. I wish I would have checked this rating on gmaps here first.

I was feeling hungry while waiting for my flight at Newark airport so I stopped by this restaurant for a quick bite. I ordered the food easily enough by scanning a QR code at the table. The waitress brought me water 20 minutes later – I said hello and she didn’t respond. She brought my food about 10-15 minutes later and dropped it off with an eye-contact. She never asked if I needed anything. I decided no tip for the bad service. Was in for a surprise because they charged my credit card 20% for tip that I didn’t approve nor appreciate. This business is unethical and should not be in business. This is clearly theft. You have a right to be paid for the food not to a tip. Now I understand why the restaurant have 1.7 stars reviews. It doesn’t even deserve that. Stay away from this restaurant

This place is awful. Nachos were cold….drinks wee not served until we had to ask twice. Nothing came on the nachos accept meet, cold cheese, and sour cream. Bugs were flying all over and the floor was sticky. I don’t recommend as it was also expensive. Worst BBQ I have ever had. Seems like it was yesterday’s left overnight that was not even microwaved to heat the meat.

The brisket was decent but nothing extraordinary, so I would rate it 3/5. The same goes for the fries – they were fine but not impressive, also a 3/5.
The main issue, however, was the service. It took about 10 minutes for our drinks to arrive, and the food came after a long wait of around 40 minutes. It seems like the café is struggling with its management. There was only one staff member trying her best, but it’s clear she couldn’t handle the load of serving 50-100 customers on her own. It’s likely that the kitchen had just one cook, which explains the slow service. I hope they can address these operational challenges in the future.

I should have read the reviews first. It looked nice from the outside but all reviews are right. This was by far the worst BBQ I ever had. I had the sampler which should contain pulled pork, ribs, brisket and wings.
They said brisket was out, when I asked if I can get more wings instead they said no. So I paid for all but didn’t get all. And the taste was just bad, no flavors and nothing was smoked. And the worst was that everything was almost cold when it arrived at my table. The best was the coleslaw and the bbq sauce. That says everything. I won’t go again.
