WORST!!! Service I have EVER seen. Get confirmation order is ready. I arrived girl up front said she can’t find order then helps other customers. 20 minutes later after ignoring me I get her attention she has ticket in her hand and says it was never made. I ask for refund since I paid on line., her or manager doesn’t know how to give refund. I said to keep it as I was in the lobby for 58 minutes. Horrible .never received refund!

The cheese sticks are very misleading. It’s actually thick bread with cheese on top. Would be no different than a personal pan cheese pizza, except the cheese “sticks” cost more, and they are not your traditional cheese sticks! Buyer Beware.

The food was really good. The wings were so good really coated and delicious. This is the second time though that I’ve ordered over $20 worth of wings which is 12 wings, and only got 10 I ordered two separate six pieces. It came in one box and there were no flats at all this is the second time that’s the only reason I’m saying this hopefully next time it will be better

Very upset with their customer service. My card was charged twice for one order. I could have used door dash but I wanted to use my points, so I ordered from the website. Unfortunately, their website kept glitching and running my card, but when I called the store, the gentlemen could have cared less bc “it’s an issue with your bank” no it’s not. It’s an issue with the website. He did not offer anything to resolve the issue and only said o can give CS number but they’re closed. I googled their CS number and they were open. I called and only thing she said was she was going to sent an email to upper management. My pizza was dinner for my children and was only $22, I left a tip to make it $30, then was robbed for $60. Order from Pizza Hut, go to papa John’s bc if PH makes a mistake, they won’t fix it.
Update: the money was returned to my card shortly after, and they gave me a free pizza coupon.

I ordered delivery from this place gave the driver 30$ for the food. Driver promptly walked away and says I didn’t order it and refused to give money back or pizza.
