Terrible! Do not park in parking lot and leave your car to eat in inside. I was dining in and someone hit my car and drove off . There is NO cameras in the parking lot so crime is free to do without being caught. The manager was NOT very helpful, she told me they only have cameras in the lobby so ask around other places because she doesn’t know what I want her to do. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I had an incident today when I purchased my chicken. I waited for 2 pieces white regular chicken. The server, Lana called me up and apologized that someone accidentally gave my chicken to the wrong person. I was told to wait 16 minutes for fresh chicken. I told them I would run a quick errand and return. To my surprise no one dropped my chicken, so my children still wasn’t ready . I asked for the manager “Trey”. He apologized for the mistake and promised fresh chicken in 16 minutes. I thought Trey handled this problem professionally. He walked over and spoke to the fry cook, he apologized and offered to make it right. I do believe this location needs to communicate with reach other better to avoid mishaps like mine. Despite the inconvenience of having to return for fresh chicken, Trey handled me in a way I felt respected and heard. My fresh cooked chicken was worth the wait. Please encourage Trey to continue doing a good job.

At 10:54 am placed order in the the drive through, paid, associate asked me to park because fries were not ready, and I did. Sat there in my vehicle waiting for the food while the car on my right got there way after and received the food before me.
I called at 11:25 am when associate answered and told her that i was told to park while cooking fries and am still waiting on my order. She said she will look and hung up.
Next, comes out with food at 11:30 am, and said that the person came out and no one was parked. I told her that I have been sitting here waiting. She went back to that excuse again, and I repeated that I have been here waiting and did not leave. This is the worst customer service!!!!
DO NOT LIE TO ME!!!!! LOOK ON THE CAMERA AND YOU WILL SEE THAT I HAVE BEEN THERE WAITING!!!! If forgot about my order, admit, and apologize. Don’t lie.
11:32 am called back to talk to the manager. No answer.
12:14 pm Associate answered. I asked to speak to a manager. She said stuff and hesitated. Then said can you call back later, we are at lunch rush. I said seriously. She hung up.
While I was sitting and waiting for our order, I saw 3 vehicles get their food. Those are the ones that I saw. My focus was on the children with me. The vehicle on my right, also got her food.
It would not have gotten this far if it was handled properly.

Lobby doors are always locked. I guess they don’t want people to come in. Service is always horrible and management has the worst attitude. They need to fire everyone and start over again. That chicken too damn expensive for them to be having an attitude.

The first visit was great… the second visit… on 10/21; the cashier was inattentive taking my order and giving me my order. If it wasn’t for a great greeting from the manager? I think I would have exited and went to the drive thru. Also, i had a 2pc white Classic, the Breast was Classic and the wing SPICY.

To say this is a new location 4:36pm everything about this place SUCKS I would rather the University location anyday MGR at this time bad attitude incompetent no direction of staff, Staff slow as molasses no enthusiasm or pride in their jobs, waited entirely too long for poor quality food after spending 44.00 definitely need more training and better management or I do not see this location lasting at all. EVERYBODY JUST STANDING AROUND ♀️
