We had our work party here and had an absolutely fantastic experience! From start to finish, everything was seamless and so well done. The staff was incredibly helpful, attentive, and welcoming — we truly felt taken care of the entire evening.

The room was beautifully decorated, and the atmosphere made the night feel extra special. Our team had a blast bowling, axe throwing, enjoying great food in such a well-run, comfortable VIP space.

A huge thank-you to the entire team for creating such a memorable night for us. Highly recommend!

We recently hosted a company outing at Ryan’s Amusement, and it was such a great experience that we’ve already been back for a second event.

From the start, the booking process was incredibly easy and well-organized. The staff was responsive, flexible, and made planning the event stress-free, which is huge when coordinating for a group.

The food was excellent — far better than what you’d expect from an amusement venue — and there was something for everyone. Bowling was seamless, lanes were well-maintained, and it kept our entire group engaged the whole time.

We booked the VIP room, and it really made the event feel special. Having a private space to gather, eat, and relax between activities was perfect for a company outing and gave us a great balance of fun and comfort.

We actually tried a different venue for another event in between, and it just didn’t compare — which is why we came right back to Ryan’s. It’s not just a place for kids; it’s an awesome spot for corporate events, team-building, and adult groups as well. Highly recommend!

We did a work party here for our dental office. It was about 25 people, we rented the private room. Upon arrival it was decorated nicely, the food (apps and entrees) were delicious! Linda was so helpful with planning. Our server was Liz and bartender Oliver, both were so great! We opted for laser tag and ax throwing, everyone had such a great time! This place definitely exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them for an office party. We will be back for sure!

I had my daughter’s first birthday party in the function room this weekend. It could not have gone more perfectly! We had four lanes of bowling, a private bar, and a huge spread of food that everyone loved. The arcade was right outside and accessible to the kids in attendance that wanted to play games. There was something for guests of all ages to enjoy. I also want to point out that our bartender Stephanie was amazing- she handled the entire party with ease and made sure that everything went seamlessly, from drinks to the timing of food, cake, and clean up. Tables were cleared as needed throughout the party without us even noticing, so everything stayed clean and comfortable. Highly recommend coming here for events!!

Hands down the worst bowling alley I’ve ever been too, I was on lane 9 and it was the worst oil patterns I have ever experienced. I’ve bowled for a while now and am decent at the sport. Bowled two games and got gutter balls every time. The ball hooks hard left on every roll. I left not even staying my full hour and went to Boston bowl right down the street and bowled a score of 200 each game. It wasn’t me it was the terrible lanes at Ryan’s. Do not go there if you are looking to actually bowl decent games. It’s really just a bowling alley for adults to get extremely drunk. And the staff clearly do not know how to slick a lane. Won’t be bowling there ever again.

Good place for family and parties. They have arcade games, ax throwing, and bowling. We ate in the restaurant that was there and the brirra tacos were really good. The watermelon martini was pretty good for an arcade place and the service was impeccable. Very attentive server and they definitely knew what they were doing. The reason for the one star was that at ax throwing we did see a mouse running around near the chairs which kinda made us regret eating there after. We did tell the staff and they told us they had traps up for it so they are aware of the issue. Other than the mouse it was a nice place to play games and win some plushies and have fun.

We had a corporate event here McKenna was the bartender and we had Liz working the room. I cannot say enough good things!! They made it effortless. Light and easy food and drinks were great but service was the best. We felt like we were waited on hand and foot. Thank you ladies for killing it!!!

Went to Ryan’s Family Amusements tonight, the young gentleman named Liam who was working at the prize area was incredibly patient with my nonverbal child. He was so helpful, taking the time to ask her which one she wanted and showing nothing but kindness. Workplaces need more people like him. Thank you, Liam!

The food is good but other than that the experience is always terrible (and me and my dad go weekly). I have been to multiple Ryan’s and the service at Hanover is non existent. All the teenagers that work there are on their phones or have friends visiting standing at the counter talking to them for an hour or more on more than one occasion. Usually noone is available to help when needed. The last visit yesterday the MANAGER IS RUDE and accused my 54 year old father of not turning his cards into the machine correctly. Me and my father go to multiple Ryan’s and the Hanover one has the worst manager and customer service I have ever seen. That manager has NO CUSTOMER SKILLS OR MANNERS I don’t understand how such a beautiful facility can have such awful staff. Something has got to change. I live 7 minutes away from the Hanover location and now I would rather drive 45 minutes to another smaller Ryan’s location. I will never step foot in Hanover Ryan’s again. Also every SINGLE claw machine was unscrewed making it very hard to win as the claws were jumping more due to being extra flimsy. I took photos of every machine as I have actually seen this now ON THREE occasions and at first I thought maybe was a mistake now I’m sure it’s on purpose. I will be emailing to corporate somehow.
