They got rid of the less than desirable people that were working there since then they have had a A+ staff that knows what they’re doing food is fresh. The place is clean smells clean Even the bathrooms are clean.
They make the food correct which you would think would be easy since you’re standing in front of them but some of the previous people could not pour water out of a boot with directions on the heel.
This is probably the nicest Subway in Cleveland Tennessee.

I think it is ridiculous when you have 3 employees working and not 1 can make an in store order because they have online orders
While I understand those orders are important aren’t the customers currently in store important too. Also when I called to make a complaint I was hung up on and refused to be given the proper information to report them. So I won’t be back due to this incompetent work environment.

Just left there,2 younger girls working that clearly didn’t know what they were doing ordered a foot long steak and cheese when they cut it in half I asked if they would wrap it separately because I was going to take half of it home and eat it and drop the other half off with my son so he could eat it on his dinner break they said no problem, time to pay and she tried to charge me for 2 6 inch subs, I said not happening and walked out not paying almost 3 more dollars on 2 6 inch subs when I ordered a foot long

You ever notice how, even if they make the sandwich exactly how you like, every ingredient and sauce perfectly in balance, it still somehow doesn’t taste as good as it smells?
That’s Subway.
But it’s food and they do a good job preparing it. The people who work here are decently friendly. So eat here if you like delicious smelling sandwiches that are mild disappointments, served by seemly friendly people.

I ordered online on the subway app with the buy one get one half off and tried to cancel my order. The app tells you to call the store directly which I tried doing but the call did not go through for some reason so I tried calling with a different phone and it still did not go through. So I placed my second order with the buy one get one half off and tried calling some more. By the time the person that was picking up the food they told her that they could not refund my order because they already made the sandwich. She called me and I told them that I tried calling multiple times and on different devices and she said that her hands were tied that Melissa wouldn’t let her do it. So here I am with like $30 worth of food that we can’t finish.

One of the Food handlers (more mature person) didn’t change gloves. She’s touched and hold a lot of stuff plus making sandwiches for customers. Gloves obviously had holes on the tips of the fingers and discolored.

They were very busy & had run out of some meat & some other vegetables. My husband and I usually stop there 2 to 3 times a month & it is usually busy, but the people seem to handle making sandwiches better. It won’t stop me from coming back, but I hope it’s under better circumstances.

Worst experience ever! I ordered on the mobile app to just run by and pick it on my way to a meeting. I get there at the designated time only to be told they were too busy to make mine for the time I had chosen. This was after I had to talk to the girl, because she refused to acknowledge me while standing at the register. I went back to my car, decided to just cancel the order, and then proceeded to call THREE times with no answer. I had to go back inside, be passed over almost twice before acknowledged again. I asked to cancel, the girl had to get the manager, and I was then told again that they couldn’t answer the phone because they were too busy. After I said I wanted to cancel, the manager acted like she didn’t want to really cancel it. If you cannot handle the mobile orders, don’t offer pick-up on the app in your store. Honestly hope that I will not have to visit this Subway again.
