We were blown away! We chose this place because we wanted something Asian and this spot had good reviews. They earned them!!

Granted we were the only ones there, but we were sat immediately and had drinks within a couple minutes. Not long after ordering, the food started coming! We had our soup just a minute or 2 after ordering, then our egg rolls and wontons just a few minutes after that. We didn’t even get to finish before entrees started coming!

Great value, very generous portions, amazing service to go with it! We will be back and you should be too!

My family and I were very disappointed with Ming’s Garden food. I ordered Snow Pea Chicken, Fried rice with vegetables Nd hsm Shrimp with mixed Vegis, steamed rice, Mixed Vegetables, House Special Chow Fun with wide noodles, and potstickers. All of the dishes arrived with exactly the same thickened brown soy sauce, carrots, celery and squash with a few onions. Celery was fresh Snow pea chicken had a small bites of chicken and snow peas thrown in. There were a few shrimps tossed in. All of the dishes were the same. The rice was cooked poorly and was still hard and small. They soy sauced the rice for the fried rice. No vegis or egg no flavor. At the bottom of the box we found tiny bits of ham in a small amount. The chow fun did not have thin noodles and sprouts with onion and carrot. There was very few bites of meat and i saw one shrimp, one beef bite and no chicken. Maybe the bottom of the box. The potstickers were tiny and flash deep fried – crispy edges with unappetizing dough in the middle. The food was barely heated up and still cold in spots. With delivery the order was over $75. This was not worth it. The food was overall poorly cooked and made with too much soy sauce. I tried calling the restaurant and they hung up on me and when i called back they were very rude. I had a terrible meal and experience.

Been trying many different places looking for a the big hole Kowloon left when they closed their doors, and I think I found the closest so far. Their egg foo young, although served differently with plenty of vegetables, the egg foo young and gravy was almost same taste. Although they don’t do fried shrimp, they do fried prawns instead, with the famous Chinese mustard that is fantastic. The food was pretty good overall and tasty. The service was super nice and very helpful. My order did take a bit longer and had to wait for a tad longer, but wasn’t too bad in the quiet restaurant. The atmosphere could be a little more, but still not too bad. A nice place to visit !!

The food was great. I enjoyed the lemon chicken. The bathrooms were ice cold, and not too pleasant, and the dining area was also quite cold, which made the food cool off really fast.

I stopped by to have a quick dinner. The place was empty at 5:30 so I was a bit concerned. But a lady came over quickly and took my drink order and gave me a menu. I ordered a house special noodle dish with pork, chicken, shrimp, beef and I don’t know what else. I also asked for chicken egg rolls and hot and sour soup. The egg rolls were pretty greasy and really didn’t have much of a taste the hot and sour soup was a big hit and tasted like it was home made not out of a can. The noodles came out and the portion was pretty good sized more than enough for the next day. The noodles were really good and there were fresh shrimp and lots of meat in the dish. I was pleased with the meal

Ordered take out. Overpriced. Waited over 15 minutes for our order even though we order hours in advance. Only edible thing in the entire order was the egg drop soup. Chicken, fried rice, and chow mein were worse than what they serve in prison. Completely bland yet nauseating. Chicken was also 85% vegetables??? Took one bite then threw out all the food. Felt sick immediately after eating. I love Chinese food and have been to some pretty great spots here in SLC and this is an abomination. Wish I could get back the 30+ dollars we spent on 4 items. Don’t waste your time, money, and health coming to this place. Genuinely any review above 2 stars either has never tried good food or is a bot.

I was looking for a good place to take the family. This was perfect. I was initially a bit concerned since they were slow. But the service was fast with friendly staff. Everything was delicious, my picky kid ate all of her food here! Amazing place and great prices too

Amazing place! Staff was fantastically helpful and authentic. Food was perfect and the best we’ve experienced in this area. Very superior portions that fed us well, with some left for lunch! Family meals are especially fun to share. A new favorite. Go and eat here!

My bf and I tried this place and neither of us could take more than a bite or two without spitting our dishes out. Glad we got takeout so we werent rude. We always saw this place on our way home from the gym but had a great Chinese place across the street before but it went out of business so we tried this one to see, now we know why the parking lot is always empty. But it seems a little fishy that there aren’t cars or customers at the place very often and this place has been open for almost 12 years. Sort of wonder if this is an actual restaurant or if something else is going on here. Really fishy.
