Taco Casa is a perfectly decent fast food restaurant. If you want something quick and easy, than this is the place for you. But if you want to eat good, quality food, I wouldn’t recommend. Customer service was nice, although understaffed. The nachos are almost just like what you would get at a highschool concession stand, but the tacos were greasy and lacked depth or flavor, but the beans were solid.

We use to drive 20 minutes to go here, but their portions are like value menu size the last several visits. The portion no longer matches the price of an item. I will drive down the rode and get Taco Bell for half the price.

We popped in for a quick dinner. I had the super nachos bowl and couldn’t finish it, partially because the bottom is all soggy which is a shame. There was a lot of cheese and meat, no complaint there. I suggest an additional load of jalapenos.

The food is so yummy. The service is so great. They are short staffed and can’t open the lobby as often as they would like due to being under staffed. But those there were so great! Definitely the one to go to. See you next week!

Prices go up and portions go down, the last couple of weeks when I order the $5 chilada, I get half of one. When I asked about it, they said corporate has been in setting new regulations. This thing use to fill these trays and now it’s less than half the size.

Portion sizes are going down and the prices are going up.
I don’t mind a slight cost increase but do so while keeping the quality and quantity the same. No one wants to pay more for less.
