Don’t be confused by the labyrinthian corridors within Parma! If you’re a contractor, local, or an out-of-towner stopping by, rest assured you’ll get a consistently good sandwich here. Varied selections of Italian meat, lots of pre-made food, and items you’ll have a hard time finding are plentiful here.

This was a fun little stop we made along the tour to CT and NYC. Not often you come across a deli with so many options to choose from the worst part of the experience is trying to figure out what to get. The girl up front loves to make people wait despite the order sitting ready. I ordered a sandwich and saw it sitting ready for 10 mins and every Time I went to get her attention she just looks and ignores. She is the worst. Honestly the orders are always wrong, and the customer service isn’t that great, food is decently good and made fast. My biggest complaint is that when ordering a sandwhich I asked for the standard lettuce, tomatos, mayo, and pickles(usually these things are complimentary or free other places) however here they charge $1 or $1.25 each. My opinion but def shouldn’t cost $18 for a turkey and cheese sub

Both welcoming and well priced, this deli has become part of my schedule as I normally get breakfast or lunch while on break. Each staff member is very kind and it’s the only deli that I feel comfortable talking with the workers. They have a bakery that makes the best cheesecakes I’ve ever had!
