You can never go wrong eating here. The food is always delicious. My favorite is the po boy roll and the rock n roll. I love the hibachi vegetables and the hibachi salmon and chicken. This place is not that expensive and they give you huge portions of food.

I have always been a fan of Asakusa until tonight. I ordered the filet mignon from the hibachi menu as I have plenty of times in the past. But tonight I was served rotten steak, I ate a few of pieces noticing a bad taste so my wife tried a bite, she literally had to spit it into a napkin. Now I’m having terrible stomach cramps, feeling nauseous and having diarrhea.
However, our waitress did provide great service;she took the food back, apologized profusely and removed it from the bill. Unfortunately I will not be returning in future

The dining room has no windows do you will be storm proof inside.
The mushroom soup is very good.
The shrimp bento lunch box is generous with a good portion of rolls, a soup, a salad and a large portion of vegetable and jumbo shrimp tempura plus two fried dumplings.

The entire place smells like mildew. The food is horrible and old. NOT FRESH AT ALL. I’m not sure how you manage to make soup and salad horrible. The sushi tastes old and stale! I do not recommend this place or ANY of THE FOOD. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I went here and spent over 20$ on one kids meal. Paid 8$ for these crab rangoons and they was literally all breading no crab. Stick with umi this is ridiculous.

Service was horrible , & the sushi they have was old & stale my friend broke out in hives from the sushi & she not even allergic to shellfish or anything…definitely should shut this place down because when they were given a call they were rude & hung up mid convo they deserve 0 stars !

The sushi is pretty good here, but not good enough to deal with the awful service I experienced. The waitress/manager did not enter my takeout order correctly, and I didn’t realize it until I got home that one of my rolls was not correct.
I called to let them know that I am allergic to the roll they gave me and they said I would have to pay for a new one. The manager became rude very quickly and said that it wasn’t her problem, so I asked to speak with her manager. A nicer man came on the phone and after some persuading, finally agreed to replace the roll at no cost. He said that they could only do this once because he would lose money if they did this everytime (how often do they mess up orders?), and I had to explain to him that I would lose money because I simply can’t eat food I’m allergic to. I understand trying to stick up for your employees, but at what point do you stick up for your loyal, repeat customers too?
