It took me about 45+ minutes to get my pizza due to my car being heavily snowed in. When I got there, my pizza was still nice and hot and fresh. Idk what was in the dominos workers today but I feel like it was made with every ounce of goodness from their heart and soul. It was so good! 10/10

Well it’s been a few years since I supported the historical Domino’s. Tried a new crust and it was not bad. Decided to get spicy sauce and think it had lest depth than the normal sauce. Toppings were fine. Ordered extra cook on crust and couldn’t think it was any different than traditional bake.
Wings – where to start. First they were floppy soft, partially covered, lack of heat in sauce and fatty. Could swear that in about 3 or less hours I may regret eating the wings as they had an almost sour smell. Just not what they should be for the price.
Makes me think there was a reason I stayed away. Don’t like giving this kind of review as you could tell the staff was busy, specifically as it was a Friday evening. Hope to try again and get a better result.

Poor customer service. My son called to ask if there were any specials for a large pizza with toppings. The cashier related that there were multiple pizza deals, but no single pizza deals. My son orders a large pizza with 3 toppings and garlic twists. After he hangs up, I ask what was the price…my son says $30, I think. I scroll on my phone, see there’s an offer for online order carryout for $7.99 same pizza. I tell my son to ask if they would honor the deal since the cashier didn’t tell him about it when he asked. (Note. My son is nearly 17. He’s learning how to negotiate for himself).
My son returns to the vehicle to let me know they declined. Stating that it was an online deal which is why the cashier didn’t mention it. I’m heated.
If Domino’s was gourmet, I’d have no issue paying $20.96 for a pizza. Maybe even more. I have never once paid $20.96 for a commercialized pizza. I’m also upset that the cashier didn’t tell my son about the online offers. Can’t tell you how many times that information was conveyed over the phone by cashiers at pizza places. But not this one. Then when presented with an opportunity to honor a deal for the brand, they decline. Total bill $30.69. Pizza and garlic twists.

I ordered ahead on Domino’s website. The order was ready when I arrived. The pick-up process was easy. The food was hot and delicious. The stuffed crust pizza is delicious. The steak and cheese is also delicious. I’d return to Domino’s on Fort Belvoir.

Never had an issue with my pizza till now, accidentally ordered my pizza to the wrong store (Belvoir is my saved store) I was no where near Belvoir at the time and i wasn’t going to drive nearly 2 hours for it. I called to notify the store when i noticed and i apologized a few times for the inconvenience. He canceled my order and I apologized once more just to hear on the other end “yeah yeah yeah” then he hung up. If this is the service I get for a simple misunderstanding I know better to not spend my money here any longer. Truly unacceptable and unprofessional.
