After seeing an ad for the Triple Pepperoni pizza I decided to pick one up. The facility opens at 11am, I waited until about 12:30. Once in the store I walked around for several minutes, no one came to the front. I noticed that most of the topping bins were empty. I started to say “hello, hello” hoping someone would come to take my order. I finally noticed someone working in the back. “Hello, hello” again – no reaction. I then waved my hand to get the employee’s attention. I realized he did not hear me because he wore ear phones. He came to the front. I asked about the pizza special. He confirmed the special was still going on, but he couldn’t make one because he didn’t have any dough and it would be several hours before any dough was ready. I asked if it would be better to call or come back later. No response. How does this pizza take-out stay in business?

This place sucks, I get there, nobody greets me, there’s a line of people waiting I ask them if they ordered, an employee hears me and gets in the conversation and tells me with a rude tone “we’re not taking orders” confused I tell her it says “order here” on that sign, she stays silent then the customer answers for here and tells me you can order online. The employee that treated me like garbage was wearing a gray Mickey Mouse hoodie on 10/31/2025 it’s 5:47pm as I’m about to submit this comment. Guess you guys don’t pay enough and she didn’t get the day off to go to a Halloween party.

Want something “homemade” but avoiding the prep? This place is perfect, it was a small store but clean, there was a single olive on the floor but it wasn’t unkept. My husband and father-in-law absolutely loves Papa Murphy’s and they did not disappoint. We ordered a stuffed Chicago style pizza and cheesy bread it fed 6 people 3 adults and 3 kids with 2 large slices left over. Kid approved! Best when you bake it immediately when you get home as they provide uncooked pizza and sides! Make sure to have a spot to put the pizza in the car as it is covered with saran wrap and a bake-safe tray that can be popped into the oven once you get home. Expect a 15-20 minute wait so I highly suggest to order it before heading that way if you decide to do pick-up!

Visited for the first time and will not be visiting again. Major health violation. There were 2 kids working and the one in the back was sitting on the prep table with his feet up and folded. At one point he had the bottom of his shoes on the table surface. So gross. Pretty sure they are not cleaning these surfaces before use based on how the front line looked with the toppings all over place.

Ordered delivery and they forgot the salad. I called to get a refund, and the worker struggled to take my information. I asked for confirmation my money would be refunded due to the struggle, and I heard the manager in the background cussing about the ask. Most unprofessional service I have ever had. Y’all lost a loyal customer today with the unprofessional manner of your manager.

We love the gourmet veggie pizza with a delicious olive oil/ garlic sauce with lots of fresh veggies!! Their salads are fresh and delicious, too!! This pizza is ready for your oven so it will be hot when you need it!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

First off, you won’t find fresher ingredients on a pizza. Anywhere. Secondly, if you have a smoker or grill and haven’t cooked one of these pizzas that way, you are missing out on a whole new level of pizza. Just do it!
