So I decided to visit this location. I was placing an order. The order taker was going back and forward of bringing food out and taking orders. The order taker did not know what come on a fish sandwich. It appeared not that he has never eaten any sonic food where he works. I did not place the order and I proceeded to leave.

Absolutely horrible experience at this Sonic. I ordered a Frito Chili Cheese Wrap and PAID extra for jalapeños and onions (both clearly listed on my receipt). When I opened my wrap, there were NO jalapeños and NO onions anywhere — just soggy chili, cheese, and chips. If you’re charging customers for add-ons, at least make sure they’re actually included.
To make it worse, my drink was almost entirely ice with barely any soda. That’s just ridiculous. My fries were fine, but nothing special, and the wrap was bland and disappointing. The whole meal was not worth going back to fix, but this shows the lack of attention to orders and quality.
And here’s the kicker — I even left a tip. So I literally paid extra for ingredients I didn’t get, a drink full of ice, mediocre food, AND tipped for the privilege.
Staff should be reading the order before sending it out. Between the missing ingredients, the drink filled with ice instead of soda, and the overall poor food quality, this visit was a complete waste of money. Do yourself a favor — skip this location.

Ordered on doordash and didn’t receive the correct order at all. Bag had the correct receipt but none of the food items were correct. The only thing that was correct was the drink. Called to let the store know just to provide feedback and the store manager I spoke with had a very deflective and dismissive tone to it when I was just calling to provide feedback. The sonic nearest to where I live closed down so I had to order from this store but I never will be again. Unacceptable

Just waited 40min for 3 drinks & 2 fries at Sonic on Brodie. At least 6 cars that got there after me got their food first. Called 2x and was told they were busy. 15 more cars waiting. Hopefully Sonic Corporate will see this and fix their staffing – pay a livable wage and you wont have staffing shortages. 6-7pm on 29Oct.

It took about 45 minutes to get food for three, it wasn’t busy or anything but they just seemed understaffed. I noticed I was missing something and when I tried to point it out they gave me someone else’s food that they also forgot (?) but a couple minutes later we figured it out and traded (by the way if your name is Jorge and you ate here tonight I had your SS jalapeño burger for a while before they gave it to you, don’t worry though man it was in safe hands).

I placed a mobile order for a breakfast burrito with no meat, as I am vegetarian. I always check my food to ensure there is no meat, so when I checked my burrito I saw no visible meat however the eggs were gray from an unclean grill. Halfway through my burrito I found myself chewing on pieces of beef, I’m assuming there dirty grill cross contaminated the eggs in my burrito causing chunks of old left over meat to mix into my eggs. I was extremely disappointed. I called the store and KINDLY explained the situation to a lady named lesha. She immediately answered the phone with an attitude, offered no apology, and told me there was nothing she could do. After no help from the store I contacted sonic support and they gave me a $5 gift card. $5 for breaking my vegetarianism. SICKING. I will be reporting this location to the health department.

Stopped by here for the first time and the young lady who brought my food didn’t seem to enjoy her job. When I noticed there was no ketchup, I asked her if she had ketchup and her response was, “Next time ask for it.” I didn’t realize we had to ask for condiments while ordering food. Usually the servers have ketchup, mustard, straws on them, at least a couple. I was very shocked with her response, but the food was good. She might need a little more training on customer service. At least the cook at this location, enjoys their job.

Very disappointed! I ordered two meals for a friend and I and was so embarrassed with what I was given. I ordered chili cheese fries and was given fries with gold dried cheese. My gravy was so old it was in clumps! I could literally pick it up with a fork. I think our meals were left sitting out for at least 5 minutes. The screen had said our order was on the way out with our server Hope but she came out like 10 minutes later. Overall Very disappointed in this service and how the matter was handled.
