We knew coming it was still soft opening, but even with how long the line was we didnt have to wait long.
I love that you pay ahead of time. The staff was so friendly.
We got to meet the owner the day we came and she was just amazing. We had a little incident at our table where dumpling sauce was spilled ( our fault ) and it ended up getting on me. The owner came prepared eith a tide pen and helped is clean up the mess.

Everything was amazing, authentic and fresh ingredients. You can really taste the love and care that is put into the food. The staff is kind and I would 1000% go again and recommend to others (I dug into my food before snapping the photo)

Everything about this place was great! The service was outstanding and we were in and out pretty quick. We started with goyzas which were crunchy, soft and juicy. We each had the miso ramen. Boy were soo good! We will definitely be back.

Finally! Omaha finally has a ramen spot that truly compares to Bario Ramen in Hawaii. I moved here five years ago from Hawaii, where we’re spoiled with some of the best Japanese ramen outside of Japan itself… so my standards are kinda high!
Misolado is hands down the best combination of flavor, atmosphere, and customer service I’ve experienced in Omaha. I ordered the DX Misola Ramen (went all out for my first visit.) The broth was rich & creamy. Even after about 15 minutes as takeout, the noodles were perfectly cooked and held their texture, no sogginess at all, which is great!
The portion size for the DX was slightly on the smaller side, but the quality made up for it and it had a good amount of meat. satisfying and flavorful.
You have to try the Misola Pepper Chicken. just the right amount of heat with amazing flavor.
They’re open until 9pm, which makes it a perfect dinner spot. I was so hungry I forgot to take a proper photo before digging in (it smelled too good), but I’ll definitely be back soon especially before the warmer weather kicks in. ❤️

It’s very rare I take the time to post Google reviews of places here. However, Misolado is so outstanding it would be a shame to not share it! Awesome atmosphere, great authentic Japanese dishes and wonderful + friendly staff. Reminded me so much of the many restaurants I previously visited while in Japan. Please check them out during their soft opening, I assure you it’s well worth it!

Wow. I am so impressed with this ramen spot in Omaha, Nebraska! I truly felt welcomed when I stepped through the door. The decor was inviting and it truly felt like I was in another country. All the employees are so friendly. The ramen was absolutely delicious. The broth was so flavorful and the ingredients were fresh. There was a wait when I got there, but we were seated in about 15 minutes. There’s also merchandise, snacks and drinks for purchase all from Japan. I strongly recommend coming here to satisfy ramen craving

Mi So La Do is a great addition to Omaha! The ramen was incredibly flavorful with a rich, well-balanced broth, and the noodles were cooked perfectly.
The Brussels sprouts being some of the best I’ve ever had, perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. The pepper chicken was also a standout with just the right amount of spice and a perfect crisp. Everything tasted fresh and made with care. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was relaxed and cozy. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to. Highly recommend.

We arrived around 6:00pm. The line was nearly out the door, but we only waited about 15 minutes to be seated. While in line you can purchase novelty items, drinks, snacks, and pay once at the table.
I got the pepper chicken, gyoza, and Misola DX ramen. The ramen was steaming hot – the broth was rich, salty, creamy, savory – my personal favorite type of broth. The pepper chicken was also a hit at our table and I highly recommend it. It was slightly sweet & savory. Also, the noodles definitely felt like they were made in-house. They were slightly chewy like homemade pasta. I personally love that.
I left the restaurant and immediately booked the grand opening waygu ramen event. If I could make any suggestions, some ramen toppings would make a great addition to the table. Chili paste, chili oil, etc.
