First time trying Cold Stone and I love it! We tried Founder’s Favorite and Chocolate Devotion. I really like Founder’s Fav. The cream has good texture. Staffs are friendly and there’s one guy look a lot like Jim from The Office Will go back and try other flavors!

Great Ice cream with loads of options and flavors.
I haven’t had Coldstone in at least 15 years. It was nice to have it again. They do have really creamy ice cream that is somewhere between a soft serve and hard ice cream.
The amount of combinations is great. It’s like flurries or blizzards but taken to the extreme.
I love that they had a non dairy chocolate ice cream. This is a winner for me.
This one was pretty busy but still kept the line moving and made good stuff.

Service depends on staff as of lately. Today I ordered my usual Oreo Overload with double brownie and no chocolate chips. I was charged extra for the double brownie which is fine, but I told the cashier I’ve never been charged for that and I’ve been coming here for years ordering the same thing.
The lady who made prepared it didn’t seem to remember anything I said and she put pecan sprinkles on it. The Oreo Overload doesn’t have pecans. Either way, I was really craving this after a long and tough day and it tasted awful. I’m hoping I don’t have a similar experience when I choose to come back here.

Everytime I go here either they hardly fill the cup or doesn’t follow directions. Today I went there to ask for two flavor but God forbid you ask for something to be done correctly, the manager Olivia filled the cup with one flavor and just scraped the other flavor on top …. Been coming to this Cold Stone for years and it has become less and less of a community shop as it’s losing touch with their customer service. For it being the Fall season, business probably is not the same as at its peak season. Could this be the reason that they have reduced the number of flavors by almost half? And is Brandon looking out for the companys profits by only scooping half the amt of ice cream for our cones? Nonetheless, been having disappointing experiences at this place lately that’s making me not wanting to come back.

Cold Stone is great, but this particular location is on a different level. The owner Todd has gone above and beyond for me on multiple occasions. The staff is friendly, and even the younger staff members have excellent customer service skills. There’s a young woman manager there, Olivia I believe, she does a fantastic job as well. Very helpful and polite.
There are closer locations to me, but I go out of my way to this one because the customer service and quality are just that much better. Not to mention they do a fantastic job on the custom cakes! 10/10 – absolutely the best.

Wonderful service! They hire local OCC culinary grads and go well beyond what is expected to provide excellent service. Todd the owner greeted me and was exceptionally kind. Olivia made the most delicious ice cream food! And they have dairy free options!

Perfect pit stop in summer for us. My kids and parents love the treats they can get from here. I also joined the rewards program which is great for a perk. Looking forward to trying their new flavors soon. I always get cheese cake fantasy, coffee lovers and will try another new flavor for everyone to taste in the family.
