Horrible staff, indifferent management. I took my family to a different restaurant, college kid staff wee to busy chatting with each other instead of doing their job. Restaurant was basically empty, waited 10 minutes to receive drink order and menus. After watching and waiting for the server for 15 minutes, still too busy chatting with her friends to come take our order. We decided to leave and will not return.

This place socks stood there waiting for someone to take my order. Many ladies wearing book it shirts looked at me but never asked how they could help me. Took my business to caseys instead. I also might add to young college boys walked in well after I had been standing there and they were eager to take there order. Can I post negative stars?

Normally I get pizza but tonight my daughter and I decided to get a sandwich. I ordered the Ham and Cheese and my daughter got the Supremo and wanted to add onion. Sandwiches came out missing onions and the Italian dressing that’s supposed to go on both sandwiches. When we asked our waitress about it she went and asked and was told the onions were on the sandwich. How about, “can I get you some more onion?” Not impressed at all with our waitress or our food. Let’s talk about the pickles or pickle skin. Why even bother?

I appreciate how quickly they get their orders out. The food is always hot! I’ve never had anything negative to say about this Pizza Hut. Wonderful delivery drivers every time!

We almost always get friendly, smiling service here. The food is pretty consistent as well. I especially like that they have a back room where larger groups (with noisy kids) can go and not really bother the rest of the customers. Lamoni is fortunate to have Pizza Hut!
